Hi I'm an 18 year old trying to get ready for College football.
I would like any advice on what i should take as far as protein. I wanna bulk up but i dont wanna sacrifice size for speed. I just wanna gain power and speed. Thanks in advances!!
 
All the Whey products are seemed to be liked a lot on this board. They convinced me to buy some. Get some Whey Isolate.
