h-drol on empy stomach

Does it make a difference if you take h-drol on an empty stomach or with food?

I always took my first dose with my morning shake and supports. Then I would eat after that, but like right after.

The second one was always near food too. I haven't heard if it mattered really. Unless you are prone to having stomach issues from taking pills.

methyl= empty stomach (unless discomfort) no need for carrier because it will be absorbed anyway, the 17-CH3 increases bioavailability and half life.

non methyl= taken with high- mod fat meal to be the carrier into the system and absorbed better, itll increase the time in your body because fat slows digestion, the loger its in your system the more gets in.
