Its a Proprietary Formula of 20 grams consisting all together of all the different components of: the NO complex; the Cell Volumizing Complex; Energy and Nootrophic Complex; Antioxidant Complex; and the Electrolyte PH Complex. There is no way we could reveal the actual amount of TriCreatine Malate... an estimated guess would probably be ~ 3 grams though in my opinion.

That is what I was thinking too, because I remember reading that if doing ST and Torrent together you creatine intake was about 4g, where as Pump and Torrent was 6g...
