cycle on or off help!!

I just finished a cycle of 8 weeks of cypinate 250. I was wondering what you guys thought ab just jumpin on another cycle of sestanon 250? U think I should wait a couple of weeks, or am I OK? This cycle is my first one I have ever done.

My second question is, if you think I shld cycle off what is the best thing to take to keep my gains and what is the least amount of time I can wait for the next one????????

PCT is to help keep your gains and strength, i personally dont see any reason not to go back on some test for another 4-6 weeks then do you PCT consiting of hCG clomid and Adex

do ur own research, we're not here to spoon feed u, and its SUSTANON.

u should have had everything planned out and PCT in hand BEFORE u started.....dumb move

next closest thing to hCG would be sustain alpha. but its not nearly as effective IMO
 
sorry guys I did some research but every site I go to tells me somthin different. Its my 1st time just wanted some help. Sorry I spelled it wrong also.
 
from what i've read, test c, as a long esthered testosterone, is usually run for 10+ weeks. thus, if you were to jump off the test c and onto the sust 250 train for another 2-4 weeks or so, it would be like you had never stopped your cycle because sust is a combo of test compounds.

once you are finished with your cycle, you should start post cycle therapy depending on how long the test compounds take to leave your system. Someone that is on test cyp usually waits a week or so before starting pct. there are plenty of articles on this site and others about pct.

here's the most basic one. read the first post to get an idea of what is going on in your body

The most important chemicals in PCT ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN GNC as over the counter supps. The above article mentions where you can get them (generally speaking, not specifically since source posting is against board rules.)

his best bet would be to STAY ON CYCLE until you get ur PCT supps. and if thats the case, get hCG Clomid and ADEX
