Chicken tenders.Yup thats right..(pics inside)

I've made these a few times the past couple weeks and can't believe how easy it is. Trying to figure out a way to freeze them; I might broil them and then put it in bags.

Bread them, then freeze them. Then cook them when you need em.

I made these and they were great! I made like 5lb of tenders and they were gone in 2 days, great to have sitting in the fridge to keep me from snacking on something I shouldn't.

i have been making these a lot lately. so much better than regular plain breasts/tenders that I cant even compare

Alrighty... I've got my bagels in the oven right now. I'm looking forward to chowing these down.

These would be damn good with some country gravy, wouldn't they? I just thought about that while searching for some pepper. Too bad I don't have any :(

They are pretty versatile.. SOO many options once you have them done.

Quick tip to dry the bagels out faster -

1) Put bagel in toaster at medium setting (so it only gets slightly browned)

2) Cut each half of the bagel into 8 pieces.

3) Cook 15 mins at 225 degrees in toaster oven.

Threw the little pieces into my coffee grinder and now I'm ready to go!

Apparently 1 bagel isn't enough for the amount of chicken I thawed. Ah well. I'll just make the rest tomorrow and throw it in with some pasta!

Looking forward to eating in approx. 13 minutes :)

To make it easier, just buy some Ezekiel 4:9 Cereal. Toss some of it in a coffee grinder to crush them up a bit. No drying out necessary.

I made some on a pizza tray that had holes in the bottom and they turned out much more crispy on the bottom.

Then I pan fried some in EVOO! mmm-mmm-delicious!
