Carry a little cooler with you to class. Pack it with Chicken, lean cuts of beef, almonds and veggies that you can eat with your hands. People may look at you funny but F them!
I work in a professional environment and get stuck in meetings most of the day and I still find a way to scoff down a quick 6 oz. of meat, handfull of nuts and a few spears of brocholi. I have no problem grazing during a meeting.
The Shakes should be a last resort ESSPECIALLY when you're taking an anabolic.

food will no longer be an issue, seems as though there is a fridge in the nutrition department for students to use!!! i feel bad for every one in there, ill throw out there food to make room for mine
the shakes are good bc of the macros, everyone on here seems to carb crazy,
PROTEIN AND FAT BUILD MUSCLE carbs are the fuel. . .
but either way, PWO shake, needs to stay in, i like the fast uptake and no joke i cant even eat after a workout. i wanna puke midway through my workout most of the time, so the morning shake and those 2 PWO shakes are staying.
but i physically cant stuff my face with all that food, (shakes i can drink and it goes doewn better and i get all of what i need ) sometimes i cant eat my post workout meal i just wanna throw up. ive actually puked once or twice in my mouth and swallowed it down lol.
