STARTING Pplex/mdrol Bridge and maybe somee.....

Carry a little cooler with you to class. Pack it with Chicken, lean cuts of beef, almonds and veggies that you can eat with your hands. People may look at you funny but F them!

I work in a professional environment and get stuck in meetings most of the day and I still find a way to scoff down a quick 6 oz. of meat, handfull of nuts and a few spears of brocholi. I have no problem grazing during a meeting.

The Shakes should be a last resort ESSPECIALLY when you're taking an anabolic.

but i physically cant stuff my face with all that food, (shakes i can drink and it goes doewn better and i get all of what i need ) sometimes i cant eat my post workout meal i just wanna throw up. ive actually puked once or twice in my mouth and swallowed it down lol.

Beleive me, I'm slightly endomorphic as I suspect you to be so I'm not Carb Crazy - I'm about 285G on workout days and under 100 on non workout days.

With the post workout shake, just drop the maize or any other sugar. You don't need to blast insulin through the roof. If you're even slightly endo, this is the worst possible thing you can do. This is why a good meal is better for you. But if you must have a shake to hold you over until your stomach calms a bit, just do protein and TRY to eat a Sweet Potato with some nuts or something.

RE: eating. The more you eat, the hungrier you will be for real food. It's like anything else, just have to keep doing it. If it's a shake or nothing? Sure, a shake it is. BUT, these space aged concoctions will never take the place of real food.
 
If you really want to drink a typical post workout shake - i.e., whey, sugar of some sort etc. - sip it during your workout instead of after - then go home and eat as soon as you're hungry. Eating while working out is mighty good for adding mass.

i just like carbs especialy my waxi after my workout, i feel its the best for me, i never recovered well untill i added it....

today went good,

got some awsome pumps in the gym

wt is 205.4 i attribute it to sleeping late and not getting enough meals in the day. and stress from driving to and from DC

Diet today So far
8am 4 whole eggs bowl of smart start kashi (1 scoop of protein powder in water which was the milk for my cereal)

11am 2 scoops cyto gainer, 2 scoops upyourmass

2pm 72g waxymaize 15g BCAAs and cissus
2 30 PM 30-35 gram whey isolate

3 45pm 2 peices grilled chicken 4 teaspoons oil and 1 cup of rice.

7pm will be 6 inch sub grilled chicken and olive oil.

then depending on what time i get home ( i have a lab at 7 15pm ill either have 2 chicken burgers and an avacado then a shake before bed, or just a shake with peanut butter and goto bed)

most likely i will have both meals.
 
ok troday was a good day

incline dumbells 100 for 5 (had a spot, he said he only helped on the lift) thats a PR for me !

i have a little story to tell u guys but ill have to tell you later, i got to goto school now.

ok whatever i took insulean K (GDA supp) and i didnt take it with water i thought i could swallow it without it but it got caught in my throat, so i burped like 5 min later or so and i had powder come out my nose and eyes or whatever and it burned my throat,. and the next day (i think a sinus infection) stuffy nose and soar throat,... this is since saturday. talk about ****ed up lol

ill try and get pix up tomorrow!

felt good, sciatica is bothering me a bit now though.

pullups weighted (50lbs) for 5 (got a lil help on the last one)

curls 60 lbs, 3 reps,

felt good today

o and i opened up my mdrol pill and threw it in my waximaize for post work out. dont know how much good it does.

ok for some reason my appetite is completly in the shitter, and this NEVER happens, im usually always hungry, for the next meal im going to resort to some shakes and then back to real food or split the food and shakes 50/50

im really annoyed because eating is my favorite thing to do.

Lethargy maybe? DHEA is what was suggested to me by people who have done a bridge (though i've never done one before). Something like 100mg a day to combat lethargy while on cycle. I hear it gets bad with bridges.

the cycle i did before my surgery which was april 4th. blood work was done on 5/9

pct was 12.5mg nolva and 10mg aromasin for 2 weeks (only because surgery

just counted my pills.... looks like i have 9 days at 30 mg !!!

then i will employ PCT on the 23rd of september

i must say, aside from my strength gains which are impressive, i do feel that i didnt gain as much as i would have liked, i have 2 more weight ins before the total weight gain is measured, there will be pictures on the wednesday i start PCT, and if you would like them this wednesday as well it can be arranged.

i will arrange for blood work wednesday the 5th of november. for the final consensus of my cycle

i hope you guys can now make educated desisions on how these compounds work due to my findings.

As far as PCT is concerned. i will be doing
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Adex- _.5/.5/.5/.5 or
6bromo at 100mg .
 
Cool deal, it will be exciting to see what your weight gains are after your weigh in. Do you suspect that you gained much fat?
 
ok yesterday,

went up about 4 res on bench and went up 5 pound on shoulder press 70 for 6,

dips like a mad man right after, wanted to puke then i left.

Today was legs,
315 for 5, 245 for 14.5 couldnt get to 20 so i droped to 135 and did another 5 reps,

leg curl went good not sure bout the weight increase i think it went up 10 pounds but ill have to look at my book.

the last few workouts i want to pukme my brains out after. but i hate throwing up so thats not an option, i also dont get hungry like i used to. usually after leg day im a ravenous beast, but now i feel like a puss puss and cant even get anything down without it wanting to come up. 7 days left then ill start my PCT. 1 week after PCT ill be logging Max out and Reversitol for 50 days. ill get Blood work done first after PCT before i start the non hormonals.

Whats the plan now crazy? Are you just going to try and maintain through PCT and the upcoming Max Out/Reversitol stack or are you gonna cut up some?

prolly maintain during PCT but train to be big and then start my 50day cycle maxout/reversitol and ill most likely gain another 5-7 pounds, hopefully
 
Looks like you gained a lot more than your weight would indicate, from seeing the pictures.

im telling you its all about the lighting lol, but thats good thanks for noticing, i dont slack soo im glad to know its showing, and thanks for the kind words brotha!

i do feel like im holding some water on my lower abs thoguh, doesnt feel like a lot of fat, (no tapioca feeling just thing watery feeling i guess, i duno how else to explain it,)

i walk around at 213, i wanna walk around at like 225-230 and lean.

but my dry weight is like 207, so ideally i guess 215-220 dry weight is my goal,

my girlfriend doesnt want me any bigger, and she dont want me doing juice, (this is all legal ..... :woohoo: ...??? lol) so imma stick it out natural, but when i pin it will be a few 8 weekers, nothing where id get absolutley tremendous, and ill make sure to do the dry compounds.
 
i just got negative repped for giving advice to someone, prolly to someone who wasnt 21 but used some PH PS and experienced some problem, god forbid you try and help someone, who needs it.

just kinda annoyed me juss had to get that out.

i dont think it will be too bad, i normally use aromasin for the first 2 weeks of PCT and always revover well.

the SERMs are what make you rebound!!!
 
A .5 dose of letro will suppress 95%+ of estrogen. Not sure about the % on Adex, but it will be alot also. When you knock estrogen down that low, you gotta be careful. Either from Ai's or serms.

but it takes aqbout 60days on letro to get a steady concentration in your blood.

percent on adex is a little less, in the 80-90 range, but theres an estrogen agonist in clomid, which is what people forget, its a synthetic estrogen.

SERMs will cause the rebound more IMO
 
any way workout went great

100lb dumbells for 7 reps (well 6 reps, and a spot on the 7th.)
then incline BB set 135 for 20 juss to burn it out befor i stretch.

155 for 7 on seated BBmilitary press,
my elbow was bothering me (right elbow) so i decided to do a set of 12 dips and call it a day
 
off day today, i ate kinda shitty today, well just one meal, it was the ONLY thing i could have in respect to where i was and the time i needed to eat, it was Tbell so i decided that be my cheat and i go out to a nice restaurant tonight,

I used GDAs with all high GI meals though.

gunna have a shake before dinner as well!
