Thanks bro. Those traps grew like that from all the heavy ass deadlifting in my "power" days! I try not to over-flex them in photos. They stand up high when I flex them hard.

I'll toss up the new thread tomorrow after I finish working out in the morning. It's going to be a 4 weeker. The first 2 weeks will be an Epi/D-Bol combo. Epi @30 mg. per day and D-Bols @25 mg. per day. Then I'm switching over to something else entirely for the last 2 weeks. THAT will be the surprise! I won't disclose what it is until it's time to start taking it. Sorry. I'm going for the whole Shock and Awe tactics here!!! :numbered::saw::gore:
 
Natty Run Day 28. 2 More Days Until New Cycle Starts!!

Shock and awe works for me, its the season for it! Almost Halloween!!! My favorite, I love a good haunted house.

I love Halloween. My town has a huge Block Party that brings out almost everyone who lives here! It's awesome. More people come out to it than they do for the Christmas Parade! I'm thinking about dressing up like the late Road Warrior Hawk again. I did this 3 years ago. It was a lot of fun. If I do dress up again, I'll take a couple of pics and post them here!! :head:

I never did the ckd diet bro. I just low-carbed for 5 days then upped the carbs for 2 days. I still do this carb-cycling by the way. It's an easy diet to maintain and stay true to IMO!!! And my routine is as you read it here. 3 days per week. Sunday is Back and Biceps. Wednesday is Chest and Triceps. Friday is Legs and Shoulders. Simple but effective. :thumbsup:

haha carbcycling, probably the only way i know how to do a cut diet. Cut the carbs and have a refeed or two in the week. Truth is im not very versed in the knowledge of Cutism.

Between Back and Biceps. I just hit them a little while ago. Usually just something simple like Barbell Shrugs, Dumbell Shrugs, or Machine Shrugs. I've been enjoying the machine shrugs for a while now. They're really strict and I get great contractions from them! Right now I'm on the DC 2 week "cruise" period. You only lift at sub-maximal level, stopping well short of true muscle failure. It's like an active-layoff or active-rest if you will. And I freakin' hate it!! :frustrate Man, I love to go bat-ass crazy when I'm lifting! :aargh::fool2: Not this slow motion, picture perfect, don't strain, don't grunt bull-sh*t I'm doing now. That's why I didn't even log the workout or weights. I felt like what's the point. They're well off my normal weights, I can tell you that. Like for Pulldowns this morning I did 240 X 8. I can do 300 for 8 to 10 when I'm busting a nut!! So it's going to let me recover and heal small sprains and tears and sh*t!! Only 1 more week of this cruise-crap left. Then I'm "blasting" again boyeez!! :head:

oh btw, ive gone back and forth between traps on shoulder day and traps on back day and I think ive come to the conclusion that -with back its where its at!

A lot of people say traps are ok to hit twice a week. I usually do them with shoulders, simply because I feel my traps getting work done on rear delt exercises, and because generally my back w/o is longer than shoulder w/o.

i see the logic in that. I myself have really long back wo too and i must agree on training them more than once a week. This week i trained them on shoulder and back day but i dont do too much volume with shrugs, i keep the sets to probably 4 or less. Its just convienent sometimes when im in a workout to hit some shrugs between excercises. Helps with overall grip training as well.
