My goal is to have some shocking pre-M-Drol pictures up where I am a bit less smooth. :sad:


I always thought about 'just sitting around' for a few weeks to be as big of a slob I could, then jump back in full throttle with before and after pics to see how dramatic the results could be :)

That ECA stack will really help in that "smooth" department!! I didn't diet that strict at all really for that last round of pics. I just made sure to burn as many calories as I was taking in! I'm very sure that the ECA helped in creating a thermogenic environment for helping me to burn bodyfat:thumbsup:

Yeap! It's been a long time since I ran it, so I'm excited. I was planning on starting today, then realized I'd only been off stims for a week and a half. I'm giving it another week so that those receptors are nice and fresh when I start this puppy up!

ever try geranium extract? that stuff had me going today. didn't want to leave the gym :thumbsup:
 
nope. its a stimulant?

i believe so. i've been reading a little about it and ordered that and l-tyrosine(spelling?). 25mg is the suggested serving of geranium. i took less than that and about 600mg of l-tyrosine. i just wanted to see what it would do and i felt great at the gym. now i think i'm crashing though. maybe post my workout tomorrow

Gonna have to try it out then!

As for the tyrosine, I usually use it to get the titter back on track whenever I've done a cycle of Ts2-4. Matter of fact, I have some left over that I intend to employ following my Dicana run, even though that's only mildly suppressive. No harm being extra careful, the way I see it.
