Post and pre work out supp

hey guys looking for some feedback from experience on some of the post and pre workout supps that worked for you all.

you should try ragnarok (caffiene free or w/caff) for pre-w/o & torrent for post w/o.
 
I've been meanignt o write another review for RPM... I stopped taking it for a while and tried all kinds of crazy stims and pre-wo combos then I decided to try tio again and WOW!

RPM makes lifting fun! I really hate going to the gym and have been going to a hole in the wall wieght room and never had a good workout there till I tryed rpm again.
 
interested to see what people use post workout. i just use 50g whey and 60g dextrose. been looking to switch things up a little
 
I will say though this is a horrible first post... you literally cant search without finding 2000 threads on this...

A protein shake you like. or just MEAT (post workout)

People forget that beef is highly anabolic
 
I'm not much of a fan of NO/caf pre-work out supplements, but I did like RPM.

I would take 4-5 30 minutes pre-work out.

Im about 175, 6 foot and used to drinking caf regularly.
 
Wow, thanks for the feedback guys. I will give RPM a try. Is it ok to take it while cycling? Or, should I wait till after cycling and PCT? or Can I take it while PCT?
 
Supp wise I like to take a mix of Shock Therapy and Torrent about 20 minutes preworkout then postworkout its either Torrent (4 scoops) or some Animal Max followed by a whole food meal 45minutes later. Postworkout it all depends what I am in the mood for and which supp I have more of at the time. So timing is:

2 hours out - whole food meal (meat, carbs, veggies)
20 minutes out - Shock Therapy Torrent mix
PWO - Torrent or Animal Max

It's good at anytime... It's great on cycle to work out harder or post cycle to keep your drive. I just took 4 and am rearing to go and i never feel like working out before 5pm ha... I'm a stim junkie but something RPM does is not pure stim it just feels right for lifting. I never liked any pre-wo drinks or pure stims for me and most of my friends rpm provides the right drive. Once in a while you almost need to take a break from it and come back to really appreciate what its doing or you get use to it, thats waht i did and im stoked. unfortunetly I just ran out and lost my job blah...

Any app Nut guys out there want an rpm pimping log haha??

You a Shock Therapy/Torrent guy, eh? Me, Animal Pump/Torrent.

Like it real well, mixes great plus the taste is good. I like it for the formula more than anything....to me taste isnt all that important to a shake, it helps but if the formula outweights the taste then its a go
