Yeah TT, proud of your jumps on the Dead lifts. Your dead strength is solid for a "bodybuilder" at your weight, good stuff man :thumbsup:
 
Man!! I can't believe that you're already on day 11 of PCT!! Time flies when you're running gear, huh??!! I was just counting down on this natty run I'm on. I only got 11 days to go until it's cycle-time for me again!! WOO-HOO!!!! :dance:What you got planned after PCT and the appropriate time off? Anything settled about a future run??!! I'm glad you did so well on this cycle. Great gains for such a short cycle!! :thumbsup:

Yep PCT is flying by without any problems so far and if it's good this long I'm not too worried about the rest.

After this PCT I'll probably just continue what I've been doing, diet and training wise, for another week or two and then cut back on calories a little bit just to kind of give my body a break. I've put on a lot of weight in the last several months and I think my body could handle a little bit of time to reset.

I'm planning my first test run for my next cycle. The typical 12 weeks of test e with a d-bol kickstart. I may put the cycle off until right after new years though as I can foresee my life being a little bit hectic from now to then, but I will keep you updated.

I know this is a little outside the norm of a recommendation but if you had some gyno irritation from SD you may want to avoid dbol altogether. I've never used anything that irritated the nips like dbol. I personally think something like halo/tbol would be a better kickstart for someone sensitive in this area. Or even something like havoc. Havoc seems very androgenic and its nice to have that aggression early on in the cycle just before the test kicks.

Either way you have time to plan.

I love my d-bols dude!! :head: I'll be running some of 'em again starting next Monday!!! :woohoo: It was the cycle before this last one that I ran D-bols with some Epistane and M-Drol. That was an awesome cycle. My strength shot through the freakin' roof during those 3 short weeks. Libido was totally wild! :whip: I felt great the whole cycle! :dance: This time I will be taking them for 4 weeks. What I'm gonna run them with is the surprise at this point!! ;) But D-Bols are great Towlie!! If you're worried about gyno with 'em (and some people should be) you can always run an AI low-dose on-cycle to keep the threat of gyno away. Or you can even low-dose Nolva at just 10 mg. per night. Some have had success with this protocol. But I personally would run an AI instead. I like Formestane in a transdermal carrier myself, but it's hard to find right now. Some A-Dex would work just fine though! :thumbsup:

Post Workout Thoughts:

Where to start...absolutely terrible workout. Numbers were definitely down from last week, significantly. I haven't been in the gym since last Thursday because of the holiday weekend and since it's a school gym it's been closed the last couple days. I also didn't have the best weekend from a bodybuilding perspective. Diet wasn't perfect and I even consumed a decent amount of alcohol one night, which I realize is a no no during PCT but it was my roommate's birthday and I had an absolute blast.

I numbers picked up towards the end of the workout, as I maintained my numbers on the DB Incline Press and the DB Flies, but overall the weights just felt extremely heavy today and today just wasn't my day.

I'm liking your Deads pattern, its making a lot of sense. You're still getting enough volume for the hypetrophic effects, yet your intensity is still very effective for strength. You're looking good, great numbers, too.
