How does DIM relate to a dosage of I3C, is there a comparable amount of I3C you would need to take too get the 100mgs of DIM in Animal Stak, or how does that work, thanks.

Relative Dose Needed :
DIM 3 times dietary intake
I3C 30 times dietary intake

Plus I3C is not easily absorbed, and has a toxicity limit at 400mg
