I have been trying to order but I'm running into problems as my country "New Zealand" isn't on the pull down menu, and its stopping my order progress. Cant you guys add this country please?

Yes, still not possible. North-Korea is possible, people over there are starving, they are not waiting for prime and especially because prime will increase hunger.
