Ive been doing ckd for awhile now. and have read it slows your thyroid. so i was wondering should i get a thyroid supplement like from NP or actual T3(like clen)

First of all, clen is not T3.

You shouldnt doing T3 or clen if you dont know the difference, they can both f#ck your world up.

if you got what i meant i mean T3 as NP thats a normal supp.. T3 like clen. is "real" T3
 
Triiodothyronine (T3) is a hormone produced by the thyroid gland.

CKD's don't slow your metabolism down.

Caloric deficits slow your metabolism. Deficits, and those that are a result of restricted carbohydrates, can also reduce leptin levels which is a metabolism thermostat.
