MusclePharms Assault-MentalTwitchs 2 Face log! INTENSITY INSIDE!

Never used SP 250 but i hear good and bad. I love this thats all i know./

Cant be much casue i dont get all jittery or feel stimed out.

Although I can not reveal the exact amount of caffeine in the product, I can assure you that it is less than 200mg's per serving and more than 100mg's. Also although I am commenting with a bias I can tell you that SP250 will give you more of a jittery energy buzz and will not give you the same amount of each ingredient that Assault will. Instead of just putting tiny bits of ingredients like Beta Alanine and Creatine in the mix, we provide you with the effective amount for each ingredient, hence the large serving size of about 40g's/

How many workouts do you have left on the product? I see no problem with you starting a cycle as long as you have about 2/3 of the Assault gone. Also I know you are experienced with the above compounds so I think you could still give a fair representation of Assault. Before you start the other products though please put up a review of Assault so far and then once you finish the bottle another review of how it helps On Cycle if you don't mind. Good Luck MT!

I noticed that....interesting....I'm going to have to try it out!

No problem Pmiller....i have about 6-8 workouts left on assault. Some days i did a lil extra on the scoop....i gto greedy...and i dint mind.

So Assault has kept me very happy.
Negatives
-for me personally...none. No joke, not suckin balls here....i really had no issues.

The Good

- The pump. Not insane, i would put WTF Pumped above it, but in fairness, WTF is a Glycerol Mono Sterate based prdoduct Assault is not.
Stim effect, good. Not overwhelming at all, enough to help you focus and feel it. Def feel the body temp stay up some.

- Taste = GREAT! Best pre-workout taste i have ever touched. I would put the Berry Blast as my favorite, but both above them all i have had.

-Mixing, easy. About 10-12oz water as most are, a little bit of powder at the end but its extremely fine and eay to get down. No foul taste either.

I dont know what else to say about this product. They didnt release it for feedback and fine tuning they did all that then put it out for everyone to enjoy.

Overall, 1-10 i give it a 9. Only becasue i love WTF Pumped and i cant stomach bad taste.

I would say anyone who likes pre-workout supps needs to try Assault at least once.

YES! I did finish and i loved it. I already recomended it to a few people and a thread here "Vascularity" in the supp section.

I still stand by everything i said before.
Taste = GREAT best pre-WO ive had thus far in that dept.
Stim= Perfect, i wasnt twitchy(no pun intended) jittery, headache none of the bad. It wakes you up enough and puts you in the zone. The only one i can tell that has more is NO-Xplode but that has out of control Caffeine content and i do NOT like that booster at all
Effectivenss= YES. It provides a great pump. Not much else i can say about that.

Its great stuff overall. It will def. draw ALOT of attention once a few people try it. If The whole MusclePharm line is quality like this....I found my new fav company. I know Nutra will provide sic prices.

Thanks again Pmiller for the chance to do this. Cant wait to get my hands on Bullet Proof.
