white flakes in liquinolva

hey i just purchased a serm liquinolva. upon receiving this i realized that it had a white film at the bottom of the bottle and when i shook it there were white flakes floating around in it. I did soem research and some people reported having this so called "crystalization" and had to heat it up but im not sure exactly how to do this. Some said to microwave each dose for 30 seconds and others said to heat for 3 to 5 minutes until it boils and then stop it and then consume it. I would really appreciate any support on this, i am about to start my cycle and want to make sure i have my pct all in order before beginning. thank you.
 
Heat it in a hot water bath.

Or don't bother and be sure to shake vigorously before each dosing.
 
yeah sounds like your nolva came out of solution, u need to heat it until it becomes clear again. i would use some type of double boil method that doesnt actually expose your bottle to the water. not a fan of the microwave for this.

Yes, shake.

For the life of me, sometimes I have no idea what my fingers are doing when I type. You'd think the two of them would be able to pay a little better attention.
 
yeah, thatd be okay. you just wouldnt be sure if you getting your dosage dead on....just make sure you draw it out as soon as you shake it so it doesnt have time to settle.
