hi,can anibody post the extactly composition of each substance in e.c.? ephedrine-caffeine-aspirin....
thanks a lot

if you have to ask this kind of question on those compounds that have been around for sooo long you need to stop and do some research before taking them.

yeah, i dont know exactly mg of each substance in the correct composition

I don't do ECA, I do an ECY

These are the standard doses

Caffeine 200mg
Ephedrine hcl 25 mg
Yohimbine 10-12mg

As far as the aspirin, I don't know. EC by itself is suffice, I believe the Aspirin has been omitted as an unnecessary component to the stack. Some people just run EC now a days, but I like the ECY combo, if you're relatively tolerant to Stims.

x2.

But for the sake of using your one-time-free-pass with SilentBob:

200mg c, 25mg e, 80mg a - from what I remember.

i know ecy is a better choice than eca,but i am from spain and here the yohimbine is impossible to buy.....for this i opted for eca and just the only substance i dont know the correct ratio is aspirin......somo about aspirin ,pelase?

80mg aspirin, according to SilentBob

I say just stick with the EC, the A to me is unnecessary.

Aspirin inhibits prostaglandin production outside of the cells, which, in conjunction with caffeine, greatly prolongs the thermogenic effects and increased metabolism by sustaining elevated cAMP levels.

I certainly understand the effects, dont get me wrong. However for me, I found my results were similar without the A. Plus the A acted as a blood thinner for me, and my nose would bleed like a stuck pig

I have an ECA question - people seem to take asthma meds for the Ephedrine, but they all contain guaifenesen (sp?) as well. Is it dangerous to be taking that for the kind of cycle length that is appropriate for ECA? Would pure Ephedrine be better?

The second link is long and is mainly about "The Truths and Myths of the use of Guaifenesin for Fibromyalgia
or
Guaifenesin: One Medicine, Several Effects"

However, it has a lot of info about Guaifenesin too.

UNFORTUNATELY, the ability to do research is not one of them....

Worse choice, and used primarily by those who don’t understand what these supplements do physiologically. 'E' and 'Y' affect heart rate and blood pressure via different pathways. Taking them simultaneously is unwise, to say the least. If you were going to attempt such a protocol, EC vs. YC dosing should be separated by ~4 hours rather than taken together. 'A' has been shown to have limited utility to the ECA protocol except for the very overweight. Also, 'A' will (purportedly) increase water retention.

The aspirin does have it benefits but if you really wanted to you could substitute caffeine and aspirin with GTE. You get caffeine from the GTE as well as, GTE is a COMT inhibitor.
