As far as I've heard EOD is optimal, due to the shorter ester test, but twice a week will suffice

no more is not necessarily better. What is your steroid history (including ph's)? Age? Weight? Height? etc

You could use mdrol to kickstart, but sus should start working kicker than test e/c due to the short esters. I wouldnt if it was your first cycle
