To seperate or not?

Ok so heres my idea if you do chest and triceps on the same day, whichever one you workout first gets a full workout, but the second one is weakened from the first one.
If you were to separate the groups onto different days, would you get better results from not working the second muscle group after it was already fatigued?

Any thoughts guys?
 
Do both! I do chest/tris monday, back bis tuesday. Everything else, then I hit bis/tris friday on their own day.
