Recreate, AP, and coming soon... X-Factor!

Still no x-factor from the drawing.. Hopefully soon.. jjohn where could it be!?

Had a decent 30 min cardio session today. I went outside and jogged/walked through a wooded area. It was pretty sweet. I finished it up by grabbing a cinder-block in each hand and making various lengths of laps. That got me tired out pretty good, and my traps took a semi-beating. This is prob. what I'll start with on my next off day cardio (prob thurs). Anyway, weight continues to go down, and strength continues to climb. All is well in the world of quasi-leanness.
 
This may already be answered in the thread but how do you like the doubled AP dose?

It seems that the carbohydrates may be a little low to warrant the double dose. How are you feeling?

I wound up only doubling it for a couple weeks.. I felt fine really. Don't know that I noticed any increased positive effects from that dose though.. I think that type of dosing would be better if I was bulking.

...due to higher carbohydrate intake as well as effects like volumization/food pump?
 
Believe it or not this thing is still going, it's about day 27 or so for X-Factor, haven't noticed increased DOMS as of yet. Hopefully this stuff gets going quick.
 
Buah ha ha!

I started the WS4SB program yesterday, it was great, and I think it'll be great. Glad you guys are still along for the ride!
