1 scoop chocolate protein powder ( i use scivation whey, tastes really good)
1.5 tbsp almond butter
add a little bit of water to the consistency of your liking (mine looks kinda goopy and pudding like by the time im done)
and there ya go. eat it like that, or i find it tastes better if you refrigerate it for a bit.
