Lower Tricep

Tate presses are great specifically for the lower part of the triceps.
I'm just posting the first video i found the forms seems correct

they are also very effective on an incline.
 
I use a close grip bench press keeping my elbows at my sides and a reverse grip.

yeah, basically the benching variations work this very well. I also do band pushdowns. Powerlifters are very concerned with this part of the tri as it is responsible for benching big.
