Hi everyone, I have been going more serious relating to my heart problems these days as from few days I have been feeling somewhat uneasy and when I went to the doctor he diagnosed this as low blood circulation.I have been given ome suggestions for this by the doc ……but would like to know any more things that I should OR should not do to avoid any complications.
Any help will be appreciated.

do NOT take this as a prescription but...

Red Yeast Rice
L-Arginine

Garlic?
Niacin?

I go with whole food and a general multi-vitamin. BB diets contain plenty of sources of niacin and it is not hard to obtain well above RDA levels of niacin through diet alone - even on a cut.

Fish, meat, eggs, poultry, whole grains, nuts, - all foods that contain protein have niacin.

Taking niacin in supplement form you expose yourself to niacin flush and impaired glucose tolerance and other things if you have underlying conditions such as heart trouble.

Herbs - do you really need them? I guess if you wanna try them that's on you but if you just diet long enough you can get where you want to.

Personal/Portable Far Infrared Sauna.

300 bucks on amazon. Best thing I have purchased *ever*.

Let me guess: you don't do much cardio?

Niacin has been shown to improve HDL lipids better than any presciption drug. It's the highest rated herbal for atherosclerosis / hardening of the arteries. The Inositol Hexanicotinate form of Niacin is 'flush-free' and provides the same benefits as regular Niacin.

I certainly hope you're not a smoker. If you are, I certainly hope that was #1 on your doctor's list of ways to screw up your blood flow horribly.

Not sure who you mean, I personally never smoked and can't stand even being around it. What's the "#1 way to screw up blood flow"?

I am pretty sure he was talking to the original poster... vasoconstriction, all of the toxins, etc.
