yesterday I stepped the Havoc up to 30 mgs today its 40 mgs I got the Trenadrol or what the fvck ever at 60 mgs, and the bulk tabs at 2 tabs....if this sh!t don't work I will take the whole fvcking bottle of everything........BP ok I have had to take a few BP pills in addition to the H berries....... I FEEL pretty good mentally, I guess its do to the Havoc?? I am ready to feel edgy and sh!t I like that uneasiness that I had on my last couple of cycles......its like I have to remind myself when I get home to not be so "on it"...

Epi really fcuks with your mood but in a good way. It really mellowed me out to the point where things that normally would have sent me into a raging fury didn't even mean sht to me. I was just like.....fcuk it I don't give a fcuk about anything. Strange sht bro No lie.....really melon-collie I'd say.
That's one of the reasons people like it so much I guess. I just wanted to sleep in the gym and read poetry 24/7 lol....:lol:

well I was having a good day yesterday till I got home and logged on here, but I will let sleeping dogs lie........

upped the Havoc to 40 mgs/day
the Tren and Bulk tabs I will pulse on WOD only
havoc will be ran 7 days a week....or I might pulse it at like 60 or 80 mgs......
the IGF-1 has been good, I have seen local growth and reduction of BF...

I have changed my diet, I will be 5 day low carb 2 day carb load from here on out..... 55-60% of my daily calorie intake will be fats, so brace yourself Pantera..........I want to knock my BF below the 10% mark.... my strength is climbing I think I will hit 500 on the DL my middle to late Aug.

I want to be around 7-8% BF at 260-280 it will take a while maybe 6 months to do it but it will be worth it.... actually I will shoot for december on this goal, so here it is.......


by December 31 2008 I want to be 280 lbs at 8% BF...... I should be nearing the 700-750 mark on squat and 550-600 on the DL......and 450-475 on my bench.....
