The cutting has begun. I had my last gallon of water at about 3 PM and carbs at 11:30 AM. I had my last meal at 4:30 of ground beef and broccoli and have not had salt since my 11:30 meal. I did some light cardio on the elliptical for 30 minutes (along with 300mg of chocamine, 200mg of caffeine, 4mg of nictoine, and 3 caps of HEAT) to get some of the water out of me and I will hit the sauna at about 10 AM tomorrow. My mouth is nowhere near dry right now, so I know I still have a lot of water that I can drop. Weigh-ins are tomorrow at 2PM and I will have a PSlin along with 6 scoops Xtend, 75g WMS, 25g SuperCarb, and 3 scoops of Poseidon before I eat a solid meal about 60 minutes later.

So far, my blood-glucose has remained pretty stable, but I have some slight dizziness.

I weighed in at about 3:30 at 169 and have been refueling since then. Immediately after I stepped off the scale, I had drink with 50 oz of water, 4 scoops Xtend, 75g WMS, 25g Supercarb, and 3 scoops Poseidon. About 45 minutes later, I had a turkey BLT with avocado on whole grain bread along with mashed potatoes and another 32 oz of water. So far my calorie total is at about 1200 along with nearly a gallon of water. I will get in another gallon today and with at least an extra 1000 kcals, but I am aiming for 1500.
