RagnaRok (Creatine/NO2/Beta-Alanine/Pre-Workout Booster)
BCAA's
Glutamine
AST 32x Multi-Vitamin
Whey Protein Complex
Taurine
Flax Caps
P-SLIN

I'm out of P-SLIN and almost out of Protein and RagnaRok. I'm going to add Diesel Test Hardcore, Anabolic Pump, PM Protein, and get more P-SLIN and regular Protein.

I may get RagnaRok again (taste is amazing), unless I can find another creatine that has No2/Creatine/beta alanine/pre workout booster all in one..

What's everybody think?

Sounds great thats a very n ice stack. I personally would stick with the Rag(its one of the most complete products out there IMO). Everything else looks great as well, maybe look into something like Intrabolic instead of just BCAAs but either way that stack looks nice :)

i dont kno
sounds kinda basic, i mean all the natural stuff is good
but what can i say about the stack?
just a lil plain

its just creatine and a insulin amplifier
not good because creatine will give u water weight and insulin will make u drop it so they u wont give the insulin amplier work that much because ull just be cancelling out the creatine water weight ur weight will stay the same so yeah.

First of all.. you are wrong on many different accounts. RagnaRok is "lean" creatine.. I don't remember the exact type it is, but it's not mono and doesnt cause much water retention.

Second of all, if it did, It would be gone as quick as I got it, as I run 3 miles a day and train 4 days a week in MMA as well as 5 days a week lifting weights.

All you need are the basics and food bro.

idk i took creatine while wrestling and it blockd out my abs and obliques but w/e its ur call what weight class u in?

It looks like a good foundation. I'd ditch the glutamine and replace it with Incarnate; you'll get much better results.

I think it looks great. Stacking P-Slin and Anabolic Pump is a sick combo man; the pumps are unreal. I think Diesel Test Hardcore will also be great to add in the stack. Love the taurine with the AP and P-Slin due to the cell volumization. Ragnarok is definitely a great product; can`t go wrong with it.

Anabolic Pump and P-Slin work independent of insulin. They increase GLUT4 in muscle independent of insulin and super saturate muscles with glucose and amino acids. For every gram of carbohydrate stored in muscles, approximately 3-4 g of water are also stored. Thus, Anabolic Pump and P-Slin are great for cell volumization. When you increase the volume of the cell you increase protein synthesis.

Anabolic Pump and P-Slin make creatine a much more effective supplement.
