everything looks good, the I3C you only need 1,1,1 then taper to 1,1 and then 1
and I would only start at 400 or 500 b/c your weight for 6 oxo..
600 is a lot of ai..
 
edit to original: starting 6oxo at 500 and tapering down each week.
starting I3C at 3 a day and tapering down one a week.
 
theres a thread on otcpct over on bb forum
search around and you can find the dosages..
600mg of I3C is enough to cover estrogen worries
