BB curls: 105lbs 7,8,10*
Preachers (close grip EZ bar): 95lbs 10,12,15* (PR)
Close grip bench: 150lbs-10, 175lbs-10, 205lbs-10*
Seated cable overhead extensions: 90lbs-10,10 8 failed did a drop set down to 60lbs for a total of 25 reps of pure hell!!!
I swear to god this fag was fcuking staring at me today in the gym so I started dogging his ass like I was a rabid Lion in a jungle full of fat pigs!! I swear to god my mentality is absolutely terrifying!!! I'm ready to start Teeing off on motherfcukers!! I felt like feeding that fcuker a 45lb plate straight to the fcuking TEETH!!! Instead I just threw all the hundred pound plates I was using on the leg press into a huge noisy ass pile on the floor right in front of his pretty ass.
