Belfort vs Martin (I like Belfort with an easy victory. I hope Martin gets punished for at least a little while though, bcuz I cant stand the guy.
Aleks vs Buentello (sucks that its off)
Levens vs Lazama (think it'll be a good fight but I give the slight edge to Lazama)
Pyle vs Ambrose ( A shot in the dark, Ambrose by triangle)
Lil Nog vs Dewees (I think Nog wins this one with a quick SUB)
Lindland vs Negao (Lindland on the experience and how well rounded he is)
Babalu vs Whitehead (Too much BJJ for him. Ol' Ron by SUB)
Barnett vs Rizzo (Pedro is one my fav. old school fighters and I still think he's topnotch. I know he beat Barnett the first time, but I think Barnett takes this time due to 2 things: his conditioning wont SUCK this time and his standup will be way better. )
Arlovski vs Rothwell (I think Arlovski will win and if a gun was pointed at my head, Id pick Andre all freakin day. However, I do not like him and I detest the way he fights. If he likes running so much, then he should quit fighting a be a sprinter or something. Just on hope alone, I'll take Rothwell by knockout. Maybe Arlovski will trip and actually put himself close enough to an opponent to actually be hit)
Fedor vs Sylvia (As yes, the time has finallly come. Tim Sylvia is overrated and my LEAST favorite fighter of alltime. Before I get into my rant, I will say that Tim is a good, solid fighter with some serious skill. Im not in the group that thinks he's the worst fighter thats alive, but I dont think he's anywhere near the top heavyweights in the world either. Now, to the fight, I like Fedor via DEATH. Fedor, to me, is the best fighter that ever lived and the M.Jordan of MMA. I would be happy to see him fight anybody, but the fact that he's fighting the FatassIAC or wateva, makes it that much sweeter. I know Tim will stay on the outside and throw his straight punches and coverup, which is what he should do. I just think that eventually Fedor will rock him a little and we all know how Fedor finishes. He finishes like a damn starved lion on a bleeding 3 legged bison. If Fedor cant ever get on the inside and hurt him, I think Fedor will take him down and finish him. Tim's takedown defense is solid, but when you're trying to protect yourself from that caliber striking and you're opponent is one of the best judo fighters in MMA, I think it goes to ground if that's where Fedor wants it.
In summary, it is a fight so anything can happen. I will just say that I dont think Fedor will lose regardless of what happens. He's has an insane ability to recover and to adapt to all sitiuations. He transitions from one fighting style to the next and puts it all together better than anyone ever has. Say goodnite Mr. Sylvia!!!!!!!!!! Fedor's hungry!!!:food:
