How long does it take to feel the effects of anabolic pump? I am on day 9 and still dont feel the "pump" tried different amounts/types of carbs and still nothing. If i dont feel any effect after a bottle should i try P slin?

Do most people see the recomp effect on the first bottle? and i have 3 bottles, did you go straight into the second bottle or take a break?Everyone's different! I went through my first bottle and felt absolutely nothing, no recomp, no strength gains, nothing. Needless to say I was quite dissapointed because of all the hype I was hearing about this stuff. Im now on my second bottle and it's been nothing short of amazing. The recomp effect is like nothing I've ever experienced with any other supplement. My body composition is literally changing on a daily basis! Strength, pumps, etc. are significantly up also. I might post some before/after pics after I have lost a significant amount of fat.
All I can say is to stick with it (again everyone's different) and follow the directions which you said you're already doing, because when AP finally does hit you, you'll be hittin' up Jacob to order more LOL!!
In my case, I noticed recomp effects within one week. I know my body fairly well, and I know how I react to carbohydrates (quantity-dependent, of course). Within one week of Anabolic Pump (three servings daily, and one pre-workout serving of P-Slin on workout days), I observed my system processed the same amount of carbohydrates much more efficiently. It was even much better when I reduced my carbohydrate consumption to about 30g-40g per Anabolic Pump dose. How much do you weigh? and how many carbs are you taking daily? I am currenbtly taking 60-75g carbs with each dose and 275g a day. Should i lower it to 30-40? Thanks, alot ill just wait it out a little longer with 60. You're very helpful.I weigh about 105kg (about 230lbs). I take about 150g to 230g of carbohydrates. Without knowing your weight, it might be hard to make a clean recommendation. Yet, if you are on a bulk, 30g-40g per dose of Anabolic Pump (assuming three doses per day) may not be enough. I take Anabolic Pump with 30g-40g of carbohydrates for fat loss. So, no need to reduce to 30-40g on a clean bulk. 60g sounds fine. Then adjust accordingly.
