Just wondering if anyone out there has taken ctd labs kre-alkalyn and if they had good gains?
 
I havent taken that particular brand, but I have used Kre-alkalyn for about two months now and had awesome results. Also Kre-alkalyn is a patented product, if you check the patent number on various different brands they all have the same patent number for the kre alkalyn, someone correct me if im wrong but this means that regardless of the brand, the ingredient is the same?

I think your correct but amounts may vary. Can you tell me how much you've been taking?
 
The one I take is in capsule form, and I take two caps pre workout and two caps post as the bottle suggested. Two caps is 1.5g, so in total its 3g per day. The dosage is small, but the results have been great for me, it has been the best form of creatine I have tried, and Ive tried alot over the years. I started stacking it with bulk beta alanine powder as well, and the results were even better after I did that.
 
man.... idk, you may be a little on the young sid... ha ha jk bro now i know where you got the idea for that stak. was it better than green mag in your oppinion
