iight i heard alot about this new diet pill arson has anybody used it or know anyone that has used it know how good it is how much weight did u lose etc etc thanks in advanced

looks too much like hydroxycut hardcore to me, probably 300mg of caffiene in 3 pills too, bring on adrenal fatigue... id rather use a levi/dcp stack
 
The whole MAP product line is made by Iovate, the same company that makes muscle tech. If you compare "N.O. Plasmacore" to Nano Vapor, they are nearly identical. They just market them on different absorption methods. Complete rip off, and Arson is almost identical to hydroxycut hardcore.

The only difference is that MAP products come in huge prescription looking pill bottles, totally outrageous packaging. Muscletech is MAP, same company, Iovate.

I'd defer to Shannon and give DCP / Levi a shot. Muscle Tech blows. I've read numerous logs here with guys that love that combo. Also look into RPM and Drive - which has also had great reviews. Recreate is expensive, but also a great fat supplement.

iight im feeling mad stupid right now but what is dcp/levi and whats rpm anddrive links to the products will be good 2 :clap2:

Theoretically you could gain wait on this stuff if you eat enough potato chips and sit on your as*...

Depends how hard you bust it... I don't think 3 pounds a week is unrealistic... If you're losing more than that, its probably not all fat... Plus you need to evaluate water levels when measuring weight.

What I'm trying to say is - don't weigh yourself for a month.

I would go read some logs in that forum for the two different stacks. I haven't tried either personally - so I can't give you a first hand critique. Speaking from my own reading of others' reviews, DCP / Levi seems to be the top dog these days - and its cheaper.
 
oh yeah last question how much weight lifting should i do with this i already do like 40 minutes a day in cardio

im new too... but healthy weight loss is about 2lb a week.. maybe 3 depending on bf% the rest will be water weight and dehydrating yourself can be worse than havin a little extra fat on you..
for starters 500 cal under maintainence is 1 lb a week, so diet is numero uno (duh), training is right up there too, and supps are last

hmm i just started a cutting diet 3 days ago and ive alrdy lost 2 lbs. that seems kinda fast to me, but also ive goten this real bad sore throat so im still eating my 3200 cals or so but drinking water is sucha pain i doubt i hit what i usually drink in a day.

i hope its just water weight and ill chug more down today and see tomorrow if it makes a diff.

my bf% is approx 18 kinda high ....my bulk wasnt very clean
