liver longer dosing?

I am wondering when i should take my liver longer. I am right now on a h-drol cycle at 50. Does this look good for dosage times etc.
Morning-liver longer
midday h-drol
evening-liver longer?
would it be ok to take the liver longer at the same time as the h-drol?

no i wouldnt do it at the same time
DR.D says to take ur liver supps 6 hours be4 or after taking the steroid

your fine bro, just keep the two doses split pretty evenly apart and dose your h-drol shortly after taking the liver longer (if you are able).
