Opinions on ON Pro Complex

I just picked up two tubs of this since it was over half off and couldn't pass it up. Just curious what people think about the product overall. I couldn't imagine spending $50 on a tub, but I also remember I used to hear talk about it often, but now I can't recall the last time I read anything on it.

ON Gold whey is the best protein imo. Best tasting, best ingredient profile for the price. You can find it online for 32$ for 5lbs if you know where to look.

ON Pro Complex is a much more diverse protein then their regular Gold Whey. I assume you have no clue what Pro Complex is.

most people i know that have taken pro complex have used it as a light pre-bed meal b/c of it's multiplex ingredient profile. it does seem to always be a bit hefty with regards to price but if you got it for cheap, eat it up bro!

Thats when I was planning on using it. Maybe half a serving with my breakfast too.

Im just glad our last QB is gone!!! #1 in the nation coming out of HS but man did he suck for PSU! I think Joe PA can pull it thru... I have faith!

I'm just waiting for the next Michael Robinson to step onto the field.

lol true... I think psu lost 5 seniors so... I think we can make our mark this season... Fingers are crossed though

let us know when you 2 are done making out....lol

that sounds good bro. 1 serving before bedtime and a 1/2 serving with breakfast. that should provide a nice calorie boost.

oh how rude of me. i apologize. let me retract my post and let you guys have your alone time.:icon_lol:

Post up where you found it so cheap.

Mass Nutrition has ON whey for $32 for 5 pounds, but I've heard they have high shipping prices.

that would be against forum rules. You will just have to google your little heart out to find it.

Haha, I live in State College, home to good 'ole PSU, although recently it was not so good PSU. I'm always giving the QB coach guff, he graduated a year behind me. Pro Complex worked out well for me, but yeah, it is kinda salty, but it's solid.

ON pro complex is the bomb. Kinda pricey... but chalk full of good stuff. ON is the, hands down, best protein on the market. Period. Pro complex and Casein, or just whey gold standard and Casein. Just eat your eggs in the morning and that should be the difference between the Whey and the Pro complex as Egg Albumen is one of the main differences between the two.

heh! jes' got mine for 34 bucks, too! haha! and i stopped by the used book store and got Arnold's Bodybuilding Book (weighs about 100 lbs. and i plan on using it to lift with AND read it) for 5 bucks!

i love this stuff but i have the huge doggy bag of pro complex GAINER. 10lbs for 60$ at a local nutrition shop.

I think Im going to try this out. it was in my issue of Muscle and Body Magazine and it gives you 60 grams of protien per serving, 14 grams of BCAA's, 10 grams of Glutamine, and 15 vitamins and minerals per serving... thats a lot for your dollar! IMO.
