I gained 10pounds in 2 weeks....but

in my phera-plex cycle i gained 10 pounds in my firs two weeks but now, afte my third week i gained 0 pounds....

my cycle plan was 20/20/30/30/20mg of phera and
25/25/50/50/25mg proviron (to stay my libido up)

but when proviron is 50 my gains is zero...in my week 4 i run proviron at 25 and phera at 20 again...if my gains increase....proviron cause de **** ...if im gains nothing again....i stop my cycle on my week 4....

thanks and please help me with experience opinions
 
my diet and my training is the same....

i havent gained any weight, but my arms and my chest are grow up look my gains:

1º weeK - 2º week - 3º week
weight: 78,8kg / 81,6kg / 81,6kg

chest: 99cm / 99cm / 102cm
waist: 83cm / 86cm / 86cm
abs: 86cm / 88cm / 89cm
 
i hit it at 20mg pheraa and 25mg proviron, to see the results...
if my gains back...i continue the cycle? (for more one week)

(i see my blood work and my liver enzimes are high... but Gama GT (ggt) are low...)

max to 42 U/l
ALT: 134
max to 43 U/l

(but have all on my complete log...after the complete cycle)
 
i trainning hard all year around..but my diet is very restrictive...
in this cycle i eat a lot on a good diet, with good amount of good carbs, good fats and protein.... my diet is the same when i ON cycle, ON pct and 1 month ..to maantain max of muscle...

Well you aren't going to 'gain' on a restrictive diet. Increase cals by 300-500/day until you start gaining again.

my testosterone on my first week is 250.....on my third is::

TESTOSTERONA TOTAL (basal): 90
(kids) Pre-puberes (M) ate 241 ng/dl
(adult) Adultos (M) 241 a 827 ng/dl


my normal test is around 450-680.....

im totaly shut down again...(like my first cycle)...but man...
proviron stay my libido up...proviron is a must on all steroid cycle...

(no testicular atroph or balls pain)

9:00- 3egg whith,2 whole egg, 200ml fat milk, 6 nuts and 3 spoonful of wheat germ

12:00- 300g of meat-fish or chicken....3spoons of beans, salad, vegetables, soy protein flour

15:00- 2 packages of soy protein packages (goodsoy)(26g protein)

18:00-Desicated liver (6grams), sou protein powder (20grams) and light soy milk (high protein low fat low carb).

19:30-after work out i drink a protein shake with skim milk (2 doses of whey) + oatmeal (3spoons) with 4 spoons of wheat germ with skim yougurt

20:30-like my 12:00 meal)

22:30- casein protein shake

(and i drink 200mls of milk 3times a day... like...1 hour after a meal ..)

is a good diet im my opinion....what you think man?

Plug it into fitday and see. You also have to increase it as you get bigger.

dkkon1....for the estrogen...man...my estrogen on all of my blood work (of course, all when i'm normal...PCT and on cycle dont count)
my estrogen is indetectable...heheh is amazin...soy dont affect me ... :)
