Let me start this off first by saying... I feel like complete sht right now. I've never taken anything for purposes of improving my physique that has made me feel this bad ever. I felt absolutely no side effects up til about Day 12/13, and then bam... lethargy, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite, anxiety, and low motivation. This makes M1T feel like a day at the beach. If not for my dedication and desire to achieve my long term goals, I would have been very tempted to cut this short.
Ok, now the cycle and history. Doing 10/20/20/20 M-drol from CEL batch # 040408. Toremifene is PCT, on cycle supps are hawthorn berry, SamE, fish oil. Blood pressure goes from 140/90 to 135/75 depending on dosing and time of day. Work out routine is a 4 day split with 2 non consecutive rest days, using heavy compound lifts. Thanks to some really good advice from some board members a week ago, my diet looks good now 45/40/15 up around 2700-3000 calories spread out through 6 meals with tons of complex carbs (oatmeal, cereal, potatos, wheat bread). No caffeine, alcohol, and I'm a nonsmoker.
The results up to this point. Up to day 10, no noticable increase in size or strength. Scale was steady. I increased carbs and cleaned up my diet, weight went up 4 pounds in 3 days and muscles started filling out. However, after working outside, and sweating for a bit and using the restroom to relieve myself of extra food weight, those pounds fall off. Right now, I'm up about 2/3 lbs. cold in the morning, and up about 6 pounds on work out days, when muscles are pumped and stomach is full. Strength increase is significantly underwhelming. Some compound lifts have gone up 10 or 15 pounds, and 5 to 10 pounds on isolation exercises. I've added drop sets to bench, squat, and barbell rows. Muscles feel very sore, and fatigued for a good 4 days after working out.
I'm pretty disappointed up to this point, and I'm hoping the biggest gains are still ahead. I'm taking an extra rest day this week just in case the extra volume is pushing me near overtraining. My GI has also been giving me trouble (bloating, aches, diharrea) probably from the amount of food I've been consuming. My goal was 12 pounds, and with 12 days left, that would mean I'd have to stack on .8 pounds per day which is unlikely. Even knowing how harsh this was going to be, I wouldn't mind pushing through it, if it meant moderate gains in size, but right now it seems like the sides may be outweighing the gains.
