These OK to EPA?/ Is over 90mg of Pseudo Ephedrine Too Much Per Day?

These antihistamine tablets contain 30mg of pseudo ephedrine per tab but I want to know if the other stuff is not bad for me too.

INGREDIENTS:
(mareinsan Japanese) CHLORPHENIRAMINE (antihistamine)-1mg

PSEUDO EPHEDRINE-30mg

*LYSOZYME CHLORIDE-17mg

*Enzyme which breaks down the cell walls of bacteria; used to prepare spheroplasts.Egg white derivative.

CAFFEINE-20mg

Is 90mg of Pseudo Ephedrine too much per day?

I'm guessing this is an over the counter antihistamine, therefore the other ingredients are just going to work on decongestion and lowering your susceptibility to allergies.

Personally, I wouldn't go over 3 tablets a day. Might want to add 200mg or so of caffeine before your workouts though

However, you should not exceed over 240 mg of pseudoephedrine a day. That is the maximum dose and going over that can cause some rather disturbing health problems not to mention trouble sleeping and disturbing dreams.

If anything I am worried that it may be low and may go higher.

About the caffeine is that 200mg three times a day?
Ive heard of guys excluding the Aspirin on some days etc.
Whats your thoughts on this? How necessary is it to stay regular with the dosage of the Aspirin?

nope, the caffeine is before you lift to give yourself a little extra energy in the gym.

As for being afraid that it may be low and you want to go higher....theres a nice little line with ephedrine determining what may benefit you and what is going to put your health at risk. Taking ephedrine to excessive amounts is going to have your heart racing like a racehorse on steroids

Start off with 2-3 tablets a day and see how your body responds.

Unless i slept through org. chem, pseudoephedrine is a diastereomer of ephedrine and displays very weak CNS activity. It works as a decongestant by being an antagonist to the a and b andregeneric receptors which in turn release norepinephrine (noadrenaline) which essentially acts as a vascoconstricter and decreases mucus production and decreased inflammation.

The only reason you might feel stimmed is because of the release of norepinephrine that pseudoephedrine causes.

I'll give you a hint: look into asthma medications that contain ephedrine sulphate and guaifensin.

Dude I've been trying...can get Clenbuterol easy but I dont like the crap....

(I can get any known steroid delivered to my door (live in Japan all legal here since its not abused like back in Australia)

there's always the herbal equivilent called Ephedra or otherwise known as Ma-huang, this maybe avialiable. It may be a good idea to go to a japanese pharmacy/chemist shop and talk to a pharmacist and ask him.

I googled the phrase "asthma meds ephedrine japan" and came up with a few hits but i don't have time to check into it any further as i'm supposed to be working lol

ironicly however in my quick search i did see that "The Japanese were the first to market ephedrine-based asthma treatment"

I already gave you help, try re-reading my post more carefully. Shouldn't be that hard to find, it's not like it's restricted like clenbuterol or it's friendlier, classier sister albuterol.

I have seen a couple of specialists here to get specifically Ephedrine based asthma medicine since it helps my asthma so well:lol:
And I gotta tel ya its not like Australia or planet Earth actually:toofunny:
I have actually bought MA-Huang in a tea form :twisted:from China Town (just because it was $2 had no idea what it was)Sydney years back before all the damn big fuss over this great stuff it was Mega strong stuff LOL my mom freaked out after drinking the stuff and couldn't stop cleaning and cooking:toofunny:...I have also mentioned it to Natural Pharmacies here that sell stuff overpriced Ginseng ,they usually have no idea whats happening in the rest of the world I have gave up trying ...here everything is the most common stuff sold like Propolis,Ginseng and other ordinary stuff ...this country is pretty brain dead when it comes to supplements and other stuff trust me I married one LOL.
Believe it or not Ephedrine is not illegal by any law here but its popularity has dropped dramatically since the big fuss in the US etc thats very dumb ,companies stopped making the stuff on their own ,usual ridiculous Japanese stupidity:frustrate.
Tribulus is banned here but anabolic steroids can be purchased legally by the truckload if you have the bucks...so generally this shows you how STUPID :frustrate:frustrate:frustratethis country is....
