Im actally a kiwi, bro. We're too far away from everywhere to give a sh1t. We only hate the French. And maybe the Poms. The Aussies during important sporting events (Olympics don't count). The Yanks have been known to get on our tits, and those South Africans are a bunch of meat-eating cnuts.

The Aussie customs thread lads are by and large ok - sorry to hear someone got stuck into you just because you're from Indo. I guess the Bali bombing really hit a nerve with the Aussies - no excuse to lay into you for it though mate.

BTW: there are haters because MFers always like to complain about something. Ignore them I say.
Take it easy mate.

:goodpost:
I am easy, man.. :D no problemo at all with ausie customs.. hehe.. if you live in indonesia, you'll mostly hate 'real indonesian'.. haha.. gonna off now, cu man.. :D

I didn't get any positive benefits from Anabolic Pump. I didn't get any negative effects from it either.

I tried everything: eating anywhere from 10-70 minutes after taking a capsule, consuming anywhere from 25-80g CHO, trying complex and simple carbohydrates. But nothing worked for me.

you should contact a USP rep and they can try to help you out with that.

Troll!!!!!!

Dude! Now your just trying to start drama! you made your point, you don't like AP now please stop instigating arguments!
:frustrate
maybe you need to learn to read the whole thing before you post clueless stuff like this. i was asked to post links but it doesnt allow links until 20 posts and if wanting an explanation about something that seems shady when youve spent much money and put alot of it in your body is drama, then open the curtain for some run-on sentences.

Anabolic Pump is definitely giving me the dumps...Major dumps 1/2 hour after I'm finished a meal. Been on it 2 weeks, no other symptoms or benefits to report. I will continue until I finish the bottle no matter how much my rear end burns. LOL.:fool2:

What good would that do? I'm assuming they can't refund the money since I did buy it at my own discretion and wasn't sure if it would work or not, just took my chances. Unfortunately, I was one of those people that didn't see anything from it.

worked

AP worked for me. If I dont eat after dosing I get the hypoglycemic feeling and I have been seeing better cuts than before and I have had to up my carbs to use the **** or I feel like ass. Its pretty easy to tell if it works... take one/two on an empty stomach and wait to see if you aren't scrambling for some carbs in 30 min?:hammer:

not trying to be smart, may I help you?? what carbs are you using? hows the training?? :)

Word, I know you're not being smart, but I didn't think it would do much good contacting a USP rep. I got some advice while I was using it from the AP FAQ thread in the USP forum, but it did no good.

I've used a variety of carbs: oats, whole wheat bread, various fruits, pizza, numerous other things.

Training was typically compound movements with a little isolation work.

Ropehead, stop pretending to be a customer. It's lame... It's really lame. I know plenty of habitual liars and they all sound the same... Makes me want to slowly reach my hand forward and give a crisp pimp-smack to the cheek. ;)
Doubt you are a loyal customer, and I rather not have you as a customer spewing pure ignorance.

havent had time to dig for the vshoppe ones. i actually forgot about this thread. but anywho if you still want to see them just holla

I've been on it for only a week and haven't noticed anything at all. No hypoglycemia, no anabolic pump, no anabolic dump. Nothing. But then it's only been a week. I'll use up the 3 more weeks and report back if anything changes. Not dogging on the product but nothing is happeneing. Now supercissussRX is another story.

Good reminder! It's interesting how some people take certain things for granted!

Well, I got some help from a USP rep in their forum, but after trying varying carbs, amounts, and timing, I figured the product didn't work, thus no point in seeking more help.

really?? ok, then.. sorry to hear that.. :) how many bootles did you used, btw?? I didnt feel anything at all when I used AP, but it did change my body composition..

Anabolic Pump, as we all know, is neither a nootropic, nor a stimulant, nor anything of that type for that matter. So, it rattles me when users comment that they did not feel anything while using it. If one does not feel anything while on Anabolic Pump (apart from the difference during workout, or even hypoglycemia, if not enough carbohydrates are consumed), it still does not mean the product does not work or is not working. It is hard for me to imagine that Anabolic Pump does not affect glucose disposal in users! One may not feel anything during the glucose disposal process, yet the mechanism itself runs its course nevertheless. So, it might be more appropriate for users to look in the mirror, rather than waiting to feel something! :)

that is my point, boss.. :D but many users reports "pumped all day", or "very noticed increased strength".. :D I think that reports made AP didnt work if you doesnt feel that.. haha.. Im sorry if my language confusing..

That's what I'm saying, no pumps, no difference in body composition. I had reduced my carb intake in hopes of cutting a little with the AP, but consumed varying amounts of carbs with my AP meals, but still didn't notice anything.

I'm just going to stick to diet and training, the tried and true method.

Initially, I was wondering how I would know if it was working, and I didn't really UNTIL I got my carb intake and the timing just right for my body. The pumps that I am getting from AP (as far as I know, this is the cause) are such that I can't even take an NO product pre workout.

I'm stacking with Recreate, so I cannot say which is affecting my fat loss more but I can tell you this. I seriously doubt it would be possible for me to be losing this much fat AND gaining muscle/strength as fast as I am without it. My bros in the gym keep telling me I need to choose: Bulk or cut. F*ck that, I say both! I mean, I realize there will come a time when I need a true cut phase, but this is ridiculous. I've lost just under 3 inches from my midsection (measured at belly button) all while continuing the second most rapid bulk of my life*.

*I lifted for two years, putting on 70 lbs of lean muscle mass during college to go from 145 to 215 at 6'2" (yeah, i was a skinny little f*ck!!!). A desk job and several bouts of pneumonia had me fat in another 4 years of off-and-on lifting. There is no way I'll ever match the gains I did during years 20-22 of my life, but my current bulk is darned close, all while losing enough fat I have to get my slacks tailored O.o

And this so-called pump that people feel with AP, I never felt a thing, even when consuming carbs as high as 80g.

I prefer to take P-Slin whenever I consume that amount (80g) of carbohydrates. Personally, I found that to lean (lose fat in this case) with Anabolic Pump, one would normally start at about 30g carbohydrates and slowly move up. I would be nervous to go beyond 40g-50g with Anabolic Pump, but then everyone is different...

That's what I did. I went as low as 25g with AP, tried varying amounts ranging from 25-80g, simple and complex carbs, combination of the two, waited anywhere from 10 minutes up to 80 minutes, but never got the positive benefits from AP.

Even though I would get somewhat "hypo" if I took 2 AP at once and didnt eat, the most "pump" I ever got was in my left bicep , but that was from spending 30 mins wiping my butt from the AP dump....:hammer:

If I was honest though I did eat alot whenever I take the AP and never gained an lb of fat. :)

P-Slin is the business. A permanent member of my Arsenal.

Just completed a MASSIVE, GASEOUS dump from AP. Sorry to gross you guys out...but I just wanted you to know the agony I just went thru.

Having said that, I THINK? I experienced a small pump in my Lats yesterday after my back workout form the stuff.
Then again could also be from the 4 weeks of Mass FX, Drive, Powerfull, 6-oxo PCT stack I'm on....who knows for sure. LOL:woohoo:

Are you in Post Cycle Therapy now?

Pretty much finished. Few days left.

Because of Estrogen's glucose regulating capacity in the male body, the use of Aromatase Inhibitor's in conjunction with Anabolic Pump may slightly diminish its effects. Obviously, individual body chemistry dictates such events, but anecdotal reports and physiology both support that position. I would continue using it as you have been, but would withhold judgment until such time when the product can be used in a normal hormonal milieux.

I fully intend to finish the bottle...just letting you know that for some of us the stomach cramps/dumps make us feel like I am we are in Mexico. I envy You if you are spared this unpleasant experience. LOL! :toofunny:

I was thinking that was a avatar of Carrot Top!the comedian He has been known to lift!!! LOL!

So it seems to be 179 people that responded to it, while 149 didn't respond to it.

45% of the people that took this product and responded to this poll didn't respond to it. That's a pretty high number.

Just bought more AP last night.. I'm glad this stuff works so well for me :D It's a staple supp now.

Did u get any cramping or dumps like I did and many others and how many days did it take to get you noticeable results and what were the 1st sign that it was working for you?

Thanks in advance!

When I first started to take it, it acted as a colon cleanse lol but thats before I found the perfect carb amount for me and the dumps would only really happen post workout dose when I was experimenting with the carb intake.

I'd say the 1st time I took it I felt the pump right away during a warmup set. My veins were popping out like I had been working out for an hour already. After I got through most of my workout by the time I got to seated incline alternating db curls I had to reduce the weight a bit because the pump was almost too much. I got used to it though and now I just work through it and it feels great. I was pumped a few hours afterwards too after I consumed my post workout meal. I forget what the half life of the product is but it seems to not stop working throughout the entire day.

I also love this because you know while your on it you can cheat a bit on your diet and consume more complex carbs without worrying about it being stored as fat.
