Stoked! Second Dose - Pre-workout?

Is there any benefit to taking the second dose of Stoked! pre-workout rather than before bed? .... I workout after my work day from around 6-7p and figure that if it's ok to take Stoked! at this time, that it should be done 30min before my workout (?) ... I haven't seen a thread where this was asked before ... I'm currently taking DCP/Recreate/AP/RPM and just took my first dose of Stoked! before breakfast this morning

Taking 2 capsules ~30 minutes prior to your workout has anecdotally promoted one's training -

I've seen individuals cycle Stoked 1 capsule in the AM, 2 Pre workout and 1 before bed. Additionally I've seen individuals cycle 2 in the AM and 2 pre workout. There is no real limitation to HOW you choose to utilize Stoked & it's abilities.

I know I felt different running a 2, 2, 2 (2 AM, 2 Pre W/O, 2 PM) for 6 weeks. That's me, however.

thanks for the help ... i'm going to try the second dose pre-workout and see what happens ... 2,2,2 dose sounds interesting ... might have to pick up another bottle if I decide to go that route

Yep! The stoked is great pre-workout!! I have used it with RPM and loved it!
 
i have been dosing PCS at 1 am, 2 Preworkout and 1 post and i think it works great...
i have seen a decent amount of aggressiveness towards the weight at ther gym and i love that feeling...

just my $.02...

I love stoked pre-work out! I do my stoked in the AM and then before training towards the evening. You should like it! This is a great company! I really like their stuff!
 
I'll receive my Stoked tomorrow and my Coq diesel on Friday.

I will let you guys know if it did me any good. My dosage will be; 2-2-2

I really like stoked. But at 4 capsules a day (I first tried this) it did not do much, so I upped the dosage, first to 6/day and then to 8/day. That's the dosage that unleashed the power for me. I stacked this with grape seed extract and pomegranate extract (fruit) (Thank you Strategicmove!!) and the effects where even more pronounced.

After 3 weeks the effects are; medium strength increase, muscle pumps that lasted all day and a general feeling of well being.

I will buy more in the future!!

That is great to hear. I followed that log also and am thinking about trying that also. Thanks for the feedback
