Currently running 3ad for 3 weeks and with bridge into sd
Will be running a 10/10/10 of original sd been debating on using for some time now.
Running torfemine for serm have extras liKe AI PCS, IGF2, MASSFX, ALRI RESTORE, cissus drol. plus fish oils,xtend cycle support.

Hows this look it's been awhile since i've looked into this stuff but had a quick read in the pct forum.


week1 3ad
week2 3ad
week3 3ad + sd
week4 sd
week5 sd


(or might just to 3 weeks seperate of each no overlap)

week6 Tor 120-90 first fewdays(need to play with the dose what do u think) +pcs
week7 Tor 60 +pcs
week8 Tor 30 +pcs
week9 Tor 30 or lower +pcs

week10 massfx +igf2
week11 massfx +igf2
week12 massfx +igf2
week13 massfx +igf2

I have ax retian as well when do u think i should through that in week 8-9? I have 6 bromo in cissusdrol or restore but might just try running the serm by itself if anything id low dose it into week10.

Any suggestions.
 
In all honesty, i'd run the 3-AD all the way through the cycle. I ran 3-AD during the beta testing, and didn't see a whole lot until week end of week 2/beginning week 3.

I think it would stack very well with SD.
 
yeah i only have one bottle so i'll have to deal with it and didn't want to carry to much else into sd since i've never ran it and really want to get a feel for it. other than that looks good?

Ah, got ya. I'd definitely move the Mass Fx and IGF-2 up to week 8.

Toremifine looks pretty good. I usually dose 120mg the first 2-3 days then drop it down to 90mg/day for the rest of week 1. 60/60/30 looks good after that.


I'd use the AX retain also. I'd add it in from day 1 of pct and ramp down over 4 weeks 4/4/3/2. I know there are differing opinions on it, but i've done it, and it' works very well.

When at the end of a cycle of havoc and entering pct, should I start the novadex right away?

Every thing looks good, I'd go with Trauma's suggestions. Should be a nice cycle. I think the Torem would work nicely at 60/60/30/30 with 10mg of S-Drol.
