ap, pslin, pfull, recreate stack?

Hello, I definitely need some advice...Is this a recommended stack? I took ap and pslin before, and loved it. I want to add to that and was wondering how I can add pf and recreate.

Would like some help when and what dose to take.

I think it would be awesome, Im running everything but the pslin right now, and the results have been more than expected. But since I dont have experience with pslin, Im sure a rep or someone with experience will chime in and probably agree that it would be great.
 
I am running everything but AP right now and also loving it... I have used AP before, and adding Pslin gave me sick workouts! I dose 2 Recreate 30 min before breakfast, 1 Pslin 1.5 hrs prior to an early evening workout(with 100+ Grams of carbs).. 2 Recreate and 2 Pfull 10-15 min before my workout... I take 3 more Pfull 30 minutes before bed
 
wow, no that is great. So I guess the only difference is that I take:
-breakfast
1 AP with my 2 Recreate
-lunch
1 AP
-pre-workout
1 pslin 1-1.5 hrs before workout with 80g carbs,
2 recreate, 2 pfull 15-30 min before workout
-post workout
1 AP
-before bedtime
2 pfull

WOW, I'm getting excited just talking about it.

I havent taken AP in awhile, but I'm almost certain it is dosed 15 min before food, not after..... I would take the Recreate when you wake up, take AP 15 min later.. then eat 15 min after that if you can.... I try to follow the directions exactly haha
 
AP mixed with Pslin gave me some of the sickest pumps and vascularity! Adding Recreate and Pfull is amazing! You can't lose
 
It all depends on your diet and bodytype.... There are tons of rave reviews about all of USP's supps. Pfull + Recreate preworkout gives intense focus and tons of sweat! AP or Pslin on top of that, and the sky's the limit.. I have used all of USP's supps except Supercissus, and have seen results everytime!

You are absolutely right !! !! !! I didn't actually put time of food intake, but yes, I do take AP 15 min. before food. Thanks for correcting me. I don't want to give wrong information. hehe
 
If you use this stack for at least 2 months, I am convinced you will see amazing results( training hard and good diet included)

Mulletsoldier, I thanks for confirming the potency of the stack. I am super excited about the stack.

I had a slight problem with the bottle of recreate. The bottle was crushed, and when I opened the cap, the white pills were covered in some orange/red powder...I emailed nutraplanet, but have not heard back from them yet. Do you think they are still ok to take?
 
even though the pills are covered in them? does that mean that there is a broken pill within the bottle? or multiple pills broken? there is thin layer of powder at the bottom of the bottle. Thanks for the info. I guess i can start taking them now.
 
i did check all of the pills. Half of the pills are 3/4 empty, and some are hard, meaning full of powder. There was not an open pill, but the pills definitely less than 1/2 full. So do you think nutraplanet will get me a new bottle?
 
If the bottle was crushed, it certainly must have happened during transportation. NutraPlanet definitely does not ship crushed bottles. So, if there is evidence that the packaging (parcel) suffered during transportation, you might get your courier to do a refund. Otherwise, contact NutraPlanet.
 
Thanks for the advice, unfortunately the packaging was NOT damaged at all. That's why I thought it was weird, or received a perfect package, and after I opened the (parcel) packaging, I noticed the recreate box was a litlle damaged. Then when I looked at the bottle, it was crushed. anyways, I know they always send awesome products. I will still order from them...but I just thought it was odd that it came that way, and the other bottle of powerfull was fine...except the cap was broken.
 
Definitely an interesting situation. I would still suggest to await NutraPlanet's response.
 
Good luck with the stack! i am almost odne with my first Recreate bottle and have enjoyed it so far..... Just wait until you do some HIIT cardio- the sweat will pour out
 
I am thinking of doing the same stack and was wondering if someone could break down the timing of each supplement.Like what to take upon awakening, pre workout and post workout,bedtime,etc.I would appreciate it.Thanks
