So I'm in the works of running my 1st pulse cycle with Epistane. This is my layout so far, any thoughts?
6 Week Pulse

This is my second cycle I ran Clorodhrol-50 a few months back 50/50/100/100. This is my second cycle, to high?
"ON" days?
I lift MTTF should I dose MWF even though W is off day, or should I dose MTF?

T-Back/Bis/Leg/Abs
W-Cardio/OFF
T-Chest/Shoulder/Bis
F-Back/Bis/Leg/Abs
S-Off
S-Cardio/Off
Off days-Cycle Support/Post Cycle Support/DHEA 25mg -Natty Test Booster on hand if needed.
Diet as Follows
5 a.m.-No Xplode/Pre W/O shake
7 a.m.-Post W/O Cellmass/ 1 1/2 cup Oats/1 Scoop Protien/2 TBSP P.B.
10:45 a.m.-Turkey Sandwich on WW/ 1 cup CC
12:00 p.m.-1 1/2 Cups WW Pasta/6 0z Chicken Breast/1 Cup Veggies
2:30 p.m.-1/3 cup Soy Nuts/Gronola Bar/Yogurt
4:30 p.m.-1 1/2 Cup Oats/2 TBSP P.B./1 Protien
6:30 p.m.-6 oz Chicken Breast/Veggies/CC/1 WW Bread
8:30 p.m-Shake/1 Yogurt/1 TBSP Extra Virgin OO
Also Daily-1 Gallon Water/Flaxseed Oil/L-Lysine-Multi
