1 "special" brownie
BEAT! LOL. I'd much rather eat this rather than your breakfast anyday. It tastes way better. there's about 70g protein, fast andslow digesting carbs, a little fat, AND a special treat at the end![]()

Man...I really need to start eating eggs...I just really hate them for some reason! Anyway my breakfast is usually 1 cup of oats, some raisins and cinnamon, 50 g whey w/ extra 5 g extra BCAA's, and a quart of water.
Do you have a blender?ok... so I switched jobs and now I need a quick fast healthy breakfast. I have been grabbing a muffin but I fear that isnt the best I can do. Anyone suggest a fast clean breakfast?
