What Do You Eat For Breakfast?

1 cup oats cooked with water
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 scoop whey
2 packs splenda
cinnamon

All mixed in a huge bowl:)
 
my favorite breakfast is:

6 pancakes with 2 scoops vanilla whey added in the batter
1 LARGE glass chocolate milk
1 banana/apple/orange/etc
2 slices wheat bread toast with homemade strawberry jelly
5 low-fat ham steaks
1 "special" brownie :)

never really checked what the macros break down to, but this is usually my breakfast every sunday morning. mmmmmhhhhhmmmmmm good!
 
I like: 1 big bowl of high fiber cereal with 6-8oz skim milk, 26 g whey, 2 tbsp natty pb, sliced bananas or frozen berries, large cuppa coffee with stevia. I haven't seen anyone on this thread mentioned stevia before.
 
2 whole eggs with added Egg Beater's egg whites, 1 slice american cheese, 1 cup oats, protein blend shake, 1 glass of OJ. out the door i grab a banana and bottle of water.

note - this diet is only used on M-F. Saturday and Sunday breakfast consist of sleep, aspirin, and water to help nurse the hangover from the night before :hammer:
 
Nice breakfasts people, 100g dry oats, 50g whey, rasins with water cooked up still cant be beat

BEAT! LOL. I'd much rather eat this rather than your breakfast anyday. It tastes way better. there's about 70g protein, fast andslow digesting carbs, a little fat, AND a special treat at the end :)

Large bowl of oatmeal or SteelCut Oats, with 2-3 tablespoons of natural PB and 40G of a whey protein or mass gainer.

Man i love breakfast!

I go for 1 1/2 cups oats w/50g SynthePure whey isolate & 1 cup dry milk & 2TBL honey, 2 eggs + 2 egg whites, apple, milk. yummy.
 
1 toufayan bakeries low carb/fat wrap-13g-140 calories
1 cup(4 servings) egg whites-24g-120 calories
4oz boneless skinless chicken-23g-120 calories
2 slices american cheese-6g-160 calories

66g protein and 540 calories( a little more if added ketchup). Usually its a little less if I pick up thinner or low fat cheese.

Ok, Hambly. Boo Berry is seasonal, though, along with Franken-berry.

I was just kidding. Really I take oatmeal, cranberries, peanut butter, egg whites, whey protein, and boil it with a handful of Dbol. Great breakfast on the run.
 
2 cups egg beaters, 3oz blueberries into 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, 1/2 oz cabot 75% cheddar. 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil over the egg beaters after they are cooked.

Well ofcourse my breakfast is different everyday but I like to eat a lot of carbs and protein with my breakfast. I am not like a lot of people that seem to have very restrictive breakfast. I like to eat atleast 500 calories or morefor breakfast.

But a typical breakfast for me is moderate serving of oatmeal with a spreadable yogurt vegetable oil polysaturated blend, half a banana sliced and cinnamon, splenda and raisins added plus 2 small boiled eggs and a cup of tea(I hate coffee). I may eat a yorgurt cup an hour after breakfast but i still consider it part of my breakfast. That is just an example.
 
Man...I really need to start eating eggs...I just really hate them for some reason! Anyway my breakfast is usually 1 cup of oats, some raisins and cinnamon, 50 g whey w/ extra 5 g extra BCAA's, and a quart of water.

ok... so I switched jobs and now I need a quick fast healthy breakfast. I have been grabbing a muffin but I fear that isnt the best I can do. Anyone suggest a fast clean breakfast?

I wouldn't do that because it is a haven for bacterial growth.
 
my normal is 1.5 cup of oats, one egg w/3 egg whites - scrambled, scoop of ON whey in water - glass of milk.

I like drinking my milk alone :-)
 
Toasted wheat bread with some peanut butter and a banana in the middle, with a tall glass of OJ

Try this:
500ml Milk
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
2 Scoops whey
1 Bananna
50g Oats
2 Tsp Ground Flax seed

965cals 83g protein 85g carbs 32g fat :dance:
 
5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3 stripes of turkey bacon. I whole wheat bagel or 2 piece of wheat toast. 1/2 cup of oatmeal or 1 cup of kashi whole wheat cereal
 
at school:
8-10 egg whites
bannana
small bran muffin
granola and oats mix with a scoop of flax seed
(normally add a 1/2 cup of mixed fruit to make the oats and granola less dry)

at home:
whey protein 25g
w/ 8oz milk, half bannana, tablespoon PB
flax and granola cereal w/dried blueberries (thank you target)
w/ a little milk i havent measured and the other half of the banana
...
almost forgot 4g fish oil softgels, thank god for the deoderized version
 
this morning I found some blueberry eggo waffles... and covered them in peanute butter and put bananas in the middle then ate it like a sandwich... Tasty and good atleast if you need a lotta cals like me!
