AP P-Slin stack

hello, im currently trying to come up with my next stack after i finish my current cycle. I am currently cutting w/ recreate and have a had great results. Currently I am 172 pounds and 9% BF.. i hope to get it a bit lower before my cycle ends.

But I am pretty sure i will be running AP/P-slin for my next stack as i was between this and 3-ad and want to stay away from a prohormone for now.

I plan on dosing my p-slin before my Pre-WO meal with around 100g of complex carbs, and then using the AP with breakfast, Post-WO, and my other meals with around 60-70 grams of carbs.

i plan on taking the p-slin 15 minutes prior to pre-wo meal and 1 hr before my w/o,

i plan on taking the AP 20-25 minutes prior to my other meals and adjust according to how i respond.

I will be using xtend, multi-vitamins, and protein as well.

So my question for this stack is if the dosing/timing looks good? if i need anything else w/ this or if it would be overkill to add a creatine/NO supplement to the mix?

Definately add in some mono

You might need to tweak your PSlin Carbs meal - say 80:20 split complex:simple - and start at about 60-70g initially and work your way up.

90g is my sweet spot - oats and unprocessed honey + 30g whey + 5g mono in a shake about 90 min pre-WO.

During WO I sip on some electrolytes and BCAAs.

You may want to look at PFull as well (30-45min pre WO)

If you look through the threads, there is a double-load AP/PSlin protocol which I use from time-to-time, and an AP/PSlin cycling protocol. It's all here mate!

Thanks, helps a lot. I will def pick up a tub of creatine and when u say pfull pre-wo are you talkin of powerfull from usp labs? sorry just dont want to get confused w/ something else.

Yep - PowerFull - it's the frickin' bomb. Take it as directed, including before bed - you will sleep like a baby, dream like Alladin and recover like the terminator haha!.
