What's the best way to add proviron to a cycle for SHGB lowering reasons?

Duh, lol, probably should have been more specific, dosage? Ed or Eod, full cycle or just first half, exc..
 
12 weeker, Test cyp 600wk, little deca 200wk, superdrol first 3 weeks, Var 2nd 6 weeks, HGH at 4 i.u's a day 5/2 throughout. Thanks bro, not even sure if I should even bother but my HRT doc really pushed Winny for this reason, saying it's shgb lowering qualitys made his test work so much better, but I don't want to do winny and heard proviron works well for this too?
