Super Cissus Rx/Pfull/Recreate dosing

I am going to be running these three supps starting tomorrow or the next day when my delivery from NP comes in. I am taking the cissus ten minutes before breakfast and ten minutes before dinner and the recreate twice a day, once at waking before cardio (fasted with BCAA's) and again about 10 hours later before lifting. I have been doing this for about two weeks already and plan to continue.
I was thinking of taking the 2 Powerfull with the recreate before cardio in the am and 2 before bed. Is this the basic protocol for the three together?
I am trying to recomp a bit more before my Mexican beach vacation in a month, so I want to maximize these supps. I am also following a carb cycling diet and utilizing Yellow Gold on high carbs days, as well as using creatine/beta-alanine on a daily basis. i have had some success with the recreate/cissus already, only two pounds lost to the scale but my clothes fit looser and I am much more vascular/tighter in my upper body. Just need to work on those lower abs, and I picked up some Lipoderm to help speed that up.

Just give me a heads up if this is the plan I should follow or if there is a better recommendation. Thanks.

I see no issues. Sounds like a sound plan as long as you keep the PowerFULL dosing at least an hour removed from carbs whether it be before or after.

Thanks! I was wondering if I should take the Super Cissus first thing in the morning as well, about an hour before breakfast, to keep cortisol at bay while I do fasted cardio. Is this a good idea?

It's fine but is probably not necessary in conjunction with the ReCreate & PowerFULL. ReCreate does a fine job at controlling cortisol and PowerFULL's steroidal mimetics & GH boosting effects will greatly reduce the potential for catabolism of skeletal muscle.

If I were to add another dose of Cissus it would be at bedtime. We heal and grow while we sleep. :)

I'm sorry for hijacking, when I take cissus pre bed, is it literally when going to sleep, or I could take protein shake after that?

got a small injury at my lower back while deadlifting.. :( is it good to take cissus? can it repair my lower back?

Repair, probably not. Primarily bones, joints & ligaments. Lower back strain from deadlifting is most likely muscle related. That being said, it will not hurt your recovery and may have some analgesic anti-inflammatory response in addition to controlling the rise in cortisol that is inevitable with injury or stress. Another added bonus is the vitamin & phyto nutrient content in Cissus.

In short, I recommend taking it year round as it really is an amazing supp but I would not expect a miracle in regards to muscle strain related injuries.

Thanks for the response. I will dose the cissus as I have been. My NP order was at my door when I got home from work! :woohoo: I'll start the PFull tonight and get some real sleep!
