I know we are all still grieving over the loss of our bloved Aspire. :sad:I've got me a little stash put back but I was wondering if anyone has found anything comparable. I've heard Rize 2 is good. Anyone have any look with anything else.
 
that stuff is amazing I have a little stash I only use one every few months but would love to see something comparable. Where you going to find a product that turns you into a sexual cyborg for 3 days. Ah well.

i have a pretty big stash of aspire at home. Somewhere along the lines of 4 bottles.:dance:

Now considering that I have sex non stop, thats a 4 month supply. :fool2:
 
I have a bottle or two I only use when I get some so it should last about ten years. I'm married.:aargh:

the question should be where on the internet can i buy something that makes you a sexual cyborg without having an awkward confrontation with the doctor as well as being ripped off by the pharmacy and your insurance company. :hammer:

you can probably try some online health store and not a bb store. Im sure they should have some in stock, but as for credibility im not so sure. Their home page might say its in stock but you might get screwed in the end when you cant contact them and their actually out of stock but never updated this fact.
 
You can still get it on line at quite a few sites, but it is 50 bucks and up. I took Aspire for our 10th anniv weekend. Ohhh what a weekend. Its been a long time since I had sex that many times in one weekend. Hell I couldnt even finish the last time. I was hoping to find something close but not as expensive for when my stash funs out. I may try rize2 but noticed its price has gone up too.

believe me when i say that aspire will get expensive! Someone offered to pay 15 bucks per pill!

I know Cialis is about 15 bucks per pill. Unsure about Viagra or Levitra, funny thing Cialis has a 10, 15 and 20mg pill and they are all the same price. Same with Levitra and Viagra. If you did go this route, it'd be better to buy the higher mg pill and cutt in half.

Rize 2, who knows, could be hence it price increase.

Yeah most drugs are so cheap to make and the margins are so high, there is no reason for the pharma companies to charge a different price for each mg amount when the acutal cost to make a 15mg pill to 20mg pill might differ by 2 cents.
 
here are the prices that I have seen for viagra/cialis/levitra. They are an estimate but its fairy close considering that I do work in a pharmacy.

I believe viagra is about 16 bucks a tab.
Cialis is around the same price as well.
Levitra I believe is a tad less than viagra and cialis. Probably 14 or so per pill. I do recall someone buying an entire bottle of viagra which was 450+ bucks for 30 tablets. That would be an approximation of 15 or so bucks per pill. I dont think ive seen any chain retain pharmacys go higher than 15 for this stuff but im sure private pharmacies are probably in the 20's considering that it cost the company several hundreds of dollars to obtain just one bottle of viagra. You would think the pharmacys make the money here but they really dont. It probably cost close to 300 bucks just to get that bottle of viagra and to sell it back, your only getting 150 dollar profit.

the price is quite similar even with higher dosages. But I do understand your point. It cost about 9 bucks for the lowest and weakest cialis tablet or so while 15 for the higher up ones.

what gets to me is how PAL and the guys who tainted the supply of aspires were able to make money when we buy the pills at 2 dollars a piece.

That would mean the cost of the ingredience for the pharmacutical companies would be like less than 5 bucks to make a bottle most likely.
 
The company that makes Aspire is in trouble. I tried calling them some weeks ago and no one answered the phone, ever. Then they had someone calling me to offer their other product, Paravol?, saying Aspire had been discontinued and that I this one was as good, and to sign me up for a subscription. I signed up, paid 4 the shipment of the trial bottle, but they never sent it! On top of that I had to call them to cancel my subscription!

Its a good product indeed.

Pal actually has a lot of great supps. The Government just thinks they have something in Aspire that they should'nt and Pal actaully showed it tested negative for. Hopefully when all the hoopla is over Aspire will be back.

Most pharma companies operate off of a profit margin that is in the single to low double digit percentages. Just because their "products" have a high retail to cost ratio, doesn't mean that their profits are equally as high. They invest billions into research and development.

Many people love to make the point that drug "X" makes 1000% profit--while that, in itself, may seem very unreasonable and even cold-hearted of "evil pharma" its that 1000% profit on that drug that funds the development of future drugs and leads to an overall profit margin of about 10%. Without large profits on their products, we may not see much as far as development is concerned.

true but come on, how much exactly do you pay scientist and their research and development? a few million at most? A new wonder drug comes out and they reap in hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars. You cant say that they make an overall profit margin of 10% that, i dont believe.

Had some grey area material in it, Kwyck.

I forget the molecule - but it was some Viagra derviative, I think.
 
It's aildenafil and sulfoaildenafil also known as dimethyl sildenafil thione an analog of sildenafil.

It's not gray area product really, well it sort of is but the biggest concern is that the stuff in aspire could interact with nitrates which are common in older men. Aspire would also be marketed to those who are in need of a better sex life or those who just want to have fun, but mostly to those who may have ED or problems in there sex lives. Those who usually have ED are usually in this case older men. It is also quite common for older men to have BP problems as well as high cholesterol and other cardiovascular problems. The interation with nitrates with aspire may cause some problems and that was the main concern for the recall. Usually your doctor would monitor the use of viagra and your other medications or if not, the pharmacist may alert you of any interactions between your meds and the viagra you were recently given but in this case the interactions may be unknown and problems can arise because your doctor nor your pharmacist are aware of the sidenafil analog you have been taking. The recall was to protect the common good of the people. Cant really blame the FDA knowing how stupid people are sometimes.
 
16 dollars a pill for 100mg of sildenifil is ridicuolous.:eek: I guess no one posting in this thread uses research chems? A certain company sells sildenifil citrate 50mg/ml 30ml for 30dollars. That's 2 dollars for 100mg of sildenifil. Just food for thought.;)

oh i know of research chems. Trust me we all do. 95% of the population doesnt know though. and probably I would say only 30% of the bodybuilding community knows of where or what certian research chems do. That would probably be overall less than 1% of the population that knows about it. Besides its illegal. :)

Even if they would break the law, they dont know where or how. :hammer:

Well, Pfizer pulls in about 25%--the largest of all pharma companies. Not a huge difference. Smaller firms have lower margins.

And no, most of those scientists may be making high five to low six figure incomes. Keep in mind, this is after a minimum 4 yr BS, 3-8yrs in their PhD, and a number of years as a Post-Doc. That's a hell of an education, and they deserver that $100k/yr. Take the money away and you make that education very painful--too painful--to bare. Who wants to spend 1/3 of their life going to school only to make crap wages? Nobody... even if most people love the job they're likely to not invest all that time and energy into getting it if their reward is crap.

The CEO's, etc, make big bucks. I'm not going to justify it, and I'm not going to bash it. I don't understand the extent of their value.

And for some more info the c.e.o is in charge of all the employees of the entire company. He makes that 100 million dollar pay role a year cause he's the boss of 100 million workers and he does the job of 100 million workers cause he bosses around his b1tches and his b1tches boss around their dogshit b1tches. A never ending cycle till you get to the bottom of the list. Because of that the C.E.O does the so called job of 100 million workers and deserves his salary. Such a hard working man to sit at his desk and sign papers all day.:toofunny:


I also agree with you on the part that companies reap in not so huge profits if you think about studies. Im not sure exactly how it works in the bbing or supplement industry but for pharmacuticals they will patent a bunch of stuff just on a whim. Lets say for sildenafil. They would patent a ton of stuff and conduct research on it despite knowing if its any use or not. The research done and time spent on certian products never make it to the final stages due to X,Y,Z factors. A patent was filed so that no other company can steal there work and research at the end when it comes to final productions. But I do think your right. All the research done at the end isnt just for products that are released. cost go into patents and time wasted on products that have absolutely no use but were researched and patented for the sake that no other company could come up with the next best thing. The sad thing is after all that research the patent probably only has 10 or so years before others can start making generics of the drug.

i dont doubt that you can become CEO. In fact my uncle is pretty high up in his company at verizon. Close to the top in fact, but he told me that the CEO of the company wasnt like a super smart ass who got there easy. He started doing the **** work and worked his way up and eventually became CEO. Hey if a guy like that can become CEO and billgates can do it. you can too. :thumbsup:

From what Ive heard, most companies that own the patent manufacture the generic too. that way they own both sides of the distribution. Smaller margins on the generic, but its still profit for years to come, even after the patent runs out.
