MMA Supplements

I recently read an article in Fighters Only that said GSP takes whey protein after his workouts and also takes lots of fish oil. thats it, not even a multi. obvioulsy the minimalist approach is working for him. You know he is a hard ass worker though.

there was another fighter whom I have forgottten that said he only takes a multivitamin. Damn, i forgot who it was but it was a big name.

both of these guys are still young though, just throwing that out there.

I've seen most of the fights. The Hansen/Alvarez fight was a war. Alavarez could be top-3 if he continues to develop at this rate.

oh yeah that was a great fight. i really like the boxing of Alavarez can wait to see him fight at DREAM 5

YEAH rite, don't believe everything you read ..do you think a fighter like GSP would tell everyone about all the supps he takes...i don't. Whey and fish oil..i find that hard to believe,

He also takes SPIKE Energy Caps.

MOD EDIT: Please read the rules about linking to other retailers.

dude, why do you believe that GSP takes more than that? In the article he said that anything that REALLY works is illegal so he just doesnt even bother with any of it. And with that logic he is absolutely right.

this maybe hard to believe but not every body is on illegal substances. if you have some reason to believe he takes more i would be willing to hear it but just because he is a bad ass doesnt mean he is automatically on something

I know quite a few mma fighters that work with cordygen5 as well as Cordygen v02.

If you look through the log's section you will see a good amount of v02 logs done recently by a wide variety of athletes (I know of 2 that were mma fighters)

^sure thats what he thinks. ... I disagree whats your take on that Rodja? they arent steroids. w.e its his opinion .

the hiddin one is ISO Extreme.

Look at what Sherk (positive AAS test or not) takes and his diet. Those who care about their longevity in the sport not only have great diets, but they also supplement their diets. Even if it was Xyience products, many, if not all, of the elite fighters take supplements.

thanks for clearing that up ^^ speaking of Sherks supps heres a pic of his stack
