You can do 4caps/day and get pretty good results but 6caps will produce awesome results. I ran 4caps/day for 2 weeks and things were going well then I bump'd to 6caps and the gains kept comming thru week 6. So buying another bottle wouldn't be a bad idea.
Dont get me wrong 4caps/day will do a good job but IMO 6/day would be better. I'd say start out with 4 and see how it goes then bump to 6 if you see fit.
