How do! I think this may be my very first thread on AM. I'm from the UK and mainly use MT, but not many people in the UK use stuff like Anabolic Pump etc so I thought I would ask for help from you lot :woohoo:

Firstly my stats so you've got a clearer picture:

Age: 26 (27 July 1st)
Height: 178cm
Weight: 202lbs
BF %: 16
Goal: Cutting (So far dropped from 21% in January to 16% currently, also kept weight around 14st 7lbs as I cut)

Currently running: 20mg epistane, 50mg proviron, 3/6mg methoxy trn, 10mg yohimbine, 6g alcar, 2 caps recreate non wo/4caps wo.

This saturday will be when I begin the following: Anabolic Pump (1 month), Recreate (1 more month), DCP (2 months), capped TTA powder, 2 grams a day to top up the amount in DCP. I also have 1kg of WMS. Saturday will mark the beginning of the 5th week of my Epistane cycle, and I plan to run it for 6 weeks. The AP, DCP etc will therefore run through the last 2 weeks of the cycle, and 2 weeks into PCT which will consist of Inhibit-E and 11test (11oxo clone, low dosage) with serm on hand. For the second bottle of DCP I have Leviathan Reloaded.

I've downloaded the AP manual, and I have determined I am a Type 1 Carbohydrate Reactive. Every time I mess about with simple carbs I always end up gaining fat, even adding just 20grams to my PWO shake causes problems. I've retained the WMS until now specifically to be ran with the AP. According to the AP Manual I need to dose 30-45 minutes prior to a complex carb containing meal, obviously altering this in case of hypo.

At the moment this is a typical workout day for me:

8am wake: 2caps recreate, 2g alcar, 5mg yohimbine
8:30am: 50g oats, 20g whey
9:00am: 1cap epistane, 25mg proviron, 4 caps methoxy-trn
10:00am: 20g whey
10:30-11:00am: 15 mins crosstrainer, followed by weights
12:00pmish: 2 caps recreate, followed by 45 mins uphill walking
1:00pm: 20g whey
2:00pm: 2 tins tuna, sweetcorn, salad, handfull of nuts
4:00pm: 2 tins mackeral, sweetcorn, salad
5:00pm: 2 caps alcar
6:00pm: evening meal split in half
8:00pm: 2nd half of evening meal
9:00pm 1cap epistane, 25mg proviron
9:30pm: tub of quark mixed with options sachet
10:00pm: 2g alcar, 5mg yohimbine

I've ran a TTA based supplement before, BURN3D, so will most likely dose in a similar manner. 2 caps with the Recreate at 8:00am with 1g capped TTA, 2 caps with the 2g alcar at 5:00pm and 2 caps with 1g capped TTA at 10:00pm.

My main concern is the AP, as this looks like for me at least a very important supplement. I read a comment by a respected member of this board commenting on his years of diet abuse which subsequently messed up his body's reaction to carbs. This rings true with me as well. This is my plan for AP so far, and I would very much like to know if it is wrong: 1 AP at 7:45am which is 45 mins before my oats, 1 AP at 10:00am with 20g WMS at 10:30am the beginning of my workout, and then the last AP at either 1pm with another 20g WMS at 1:30pm, or at 3:30pm and adding a good dose of carbs in with my 4:00pm meal.

Any critiques, suggestions or insults are welcome :bruce2:

It doesn't mate, and I was actually shocked when I read that on here. I would imagine the 11hydroxy-yohimbine which is in Leviathan Reloaded is a lot stroner, so I won't be taking that before bed just in case.

I actually find after taking it my libido rises very quickly. I generally pop 2 2.5mg caps before me and the missus gets jiggy with it!

Phew, thanks for that Mullet. I was half expecting to be told I was completely wrong with everything lol.

To be honest I was expecting a load of blurb with the AP Manual, but I love reading so thought I would give it a go. I was genuinely shocked with the level of detail, and lack of blurb, and was surprised at my body type being so accurately categorised. Very good read, whether you run AP or not.

Hey man, I appreciate that. I tried to include the right amount of technicality as well as emotive and engaging language. I wanted it to be educatory and informational, but also interesting as well.

Well you achieved what you set out for mate, definately.

I decided to start breaking myself in to Anabolic Pump today, just 2 caps. My first dose at 8:00am, followed by 40g oats at 8:30am was fine. I felt a swelling in my muscles. I then took my second dose at approx 10am, but didn't have my WMS until around 11:00, and I only had about 15g. When I got on to weights I was feeling slightly nauseous, and tired. I finished up, downed another 15g of WMS and instantly felt fine, took 2 recreate and cracked on with 45 mins treadmill uphill walking. I sweat an absolute bucket load, but I actually upped the speed and felt fine. I think the carbs before that cardio also helped alleviate the calf cramps some people have spoke about with recreate, as today I had no cramps whatsoever.

Live and learn. Tomorrow I'll do the same again, yet take my WMS closer to the AP, and take a full 30g.

No, just a hoity-toity term used in academia to denote education apparatuses, anything engaging in processes of education, and so on.

That was an awfully serious edumacated sounding response to a joke bra! :D

I may need to thinkificate the reprocussinisms.
