Narrative: I think I'm gonna be switching up my routine soon. I think my body has gotten too used to my shoulder exercises. On the bright side, my legs aren't sore from yesterday. Tomorrow will probably be my last dance with CoreABC for this log. :( Better make it count :)

Narrative: I wanted to kill some little punk today. I was sitting down with some 65s in the middle of my incline DBs and this douche walks up and puts his 40s on rack where the 65s go. I use the bench close to the weights I'm going to be using, what can I say, shorter walk. The rack is labeled for where the weights go so that Dbags don't put weights in the wrong spot. Him doing this put me over the top. I glared at him when he did this, he knew I wasn't happy with him. My rage went to eleven. I cranked out 8 reps like they was nothing in my hand. I threw the weights down, one episode of poor ethics deserves another, grabbed his 40s and put them back where they were supposed to go. I was ready to deck this kid in the face while holding a 65. A**hole.

I carb loaded hardcore this evening. My buddy and I at work ordered papajohns for dinner. Thank God for anabolic pump. We were able to destroy two large pizzas. I'm not feeling to great about it right now, but it was a cheat meal that was a long time coming.

Anyway, tomorrow I'm gonna focus on back and then do bis/tris on sunday.

bahahaha would you have been so angry if he'd been putting 85's in the 65's spot?

Yes, for two reasons.

1) He should know how to put things back where he got them from.

2) Regarding the majority of people at my gym, anyone grabbing the 85s is doing either rows in which case they will hopefully use the bench closest to them, or doing shrugs in which case they're gonna be a d!ck and stand right over that 4 foot section of rack space so no one can grab any of the surrounding DBs. Basically, I could take em :)

I've scraped the bottom of the bottle as long as I could. No more Core. :(

One Arm Low Row - Drop sets
Good Mornings - 5 sets x 8 reps
High Rows - Drop sets
Lat Pulldown - Drop sets

Narrative:

I was actually happy with the way that my back workout went today. Stayed solid throughout. Put on my gloves so that I wouldn't Sally-out of my lifts, damn calluses. Tomorrow is Bis and Tris (Bees and Trees) and I think I'll just create a general training log to keep tabs on myself and so that others can critique what I'm doing, or not doing.
